Despite rainy and foggy conditions we had a super day. Our guide Rocky did his very best to help us enjoy the day and was great fun and very knowledgeable. All of the timings worked well and he was able to adjust the schedule and transport to deal with the weather. The ending at the wildlife park was a terrific end to the day. A bus of 10 people is a perfect number and we would highly recommend this tour.

The best part was at Featherdale zoo!!! Interacting with the wallaby’s and kangaroos were a childhood dream come true for me! We fed the baby’s and a mama came over to us with her baby sticking out of her pouch which made my day! Also the Koalas were so cute and getting a photo made with them was great!

We had an amazing experience on this tour, largely thanks to our guide, Rocky. He was incredibly friendly, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable about the Blue Mountains and the surrounding areas. The weather was a bit unpredictable, but Rocky handled it effortlessly, adjusting the schedule so we could still make the most of the day and see everything comfortably. His flexibility and calm attitude really made a difference. We also absolutely loved our visit to Featherdale Wildlife Park — such a highlight to see and learn about Australia’s native animals up close. Overall, this was a fantastic tour and a great way to experience the Blue Mountains. Highly recommend, especially with Rocky as your guide.

The version of this day trip run by FJ Tours is excellent! It includes a trip to Featherdale Wildlife Zoo n the way to the Blue Mountains, the full range of rides at Scenic Tours and a nice river ferry ride home.

Wonderful day with Rocky. Very friendly and knowledgeable and he went out of his way to give us the best experience at every stop. He even circled back so we could see the three sisters that were in shrouded in fog earlier in the morning.

Overall was good with experience at Blue Mountains, three sisters, cable car park and Featherdale Wildlife park really good. Aboriginal small site was interesting and maybe unique to see but very small part. Logistics had challenges with slightly late pick up and then accident on main dual carriageway which caused significant delay to start of the programme. If this is a frequent occurence ( driver said accidents quite frequent) then maybe they should build some contingency into the day for this as on times felt quite rushed. Also it would be good for guide company to have means of contacting participants to update on any delays in pick up and also to ensure timely arrival at meeting point after each visit. Rocky was very informative and helpful as a guide including making sure we all got ferry back ok.. Not all participants were English as first language so probably spoke a bit fast and also for us it was alot of content and maybe having less facts and information but really highlighting some areas that will always stay with you could of helped

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our day. Our driver/guide, Rocky, was full of information, friendly and had many helpful hints and tips to maximise our experience. He went above and beyond expectations with an email advising our itinerary and expected weather conditions, including the UV rating, for the day. He even had homemade Anzac biscuits for us - a lovely touch.
