This review is a bit tricky because the day had some bad weather, not anyone's fault, and because there was a flat tire on the vehicle which then cut even further into the day. I do want to say that our guide (I believe his name was Glen) did his very best to make the day a great success. He went with us around the animal park which really helped us to see the various animals and birds. It was a great start to the day. He also did his very best to get us to the viewing points where we could actually see something besides clouds. It took a while but we felt like we saw the things we hoped we would be able to see. He also found us an excellent place for lunch! I just felt badly that he got back so late after getting the flat tire fixed and then adding time to the day so that we could get to the things we would otherwise have missed.

Glenn was awesome! We really enjoyed spending the day with him. He was so nice and knowledgeable. On top of that the experience was so fun. Getting to see the wildlife and pet some of them was so cool and an experience I’ll never forget. Loved seeing the blue mountains too. Never seen anything like it and Glenn was wonderful about showing us all kinds of special views.

Glenn was a fabulous guide. We spent a wonderful day with him. He was very personable and knowledgeable about everything--history, animals, plants, geography, He planned every detail to maximize our day with him, and we enjoyed everything. This tour was the highlight of our stay in Sydney.

We had arrival flight issues and they did a wonderful job of modifying the tour to deal with things like lost luggage and start time changes. Highly recommend. Blue Mountains were a great find.
