This isn’t just a cooking class—it’s a slice of Bosnian life.
Join our Bosnian Pie Cooking Class in the heart of Sarajevo and discover why locals believe pita (pie) isn’t just food—it’s love, tradition, and identity rolled into one. Guided by warm and witty local hosts, you’ll learn the centuries-old techniques of hand-rolling dough, stuffing savory fillings, and baking it to golden perfection.
But the experience doesn’t stop at the oven. You'll enjoy your freshly made pies in a cozy, communal setting, complete with homemade sides, seasonal salads, and your choice of welcome drink, such as bosnian rakija, local wines, or non-alcoholic drinks. Traditional Bosnian music sets the mood, and you'll walk away not only full—but with your own personalized recipe booklet and a certificate that says: “Yes, I can make pita like a local.”

We chose the cooking with Bosnian family, where Uliana and Samir hosted us in their own house. They were the best host, we've ever met. We tasted a lot of different Bosnian products and drinks and discussed a lot about everything, like old friends... And our chef, Dalida was so accurate and patient, explained all the cooking procedure with kindness. The result was amazing! So many different flavours, we loved that evening. It made our day perfect! I definitely recommend them, if you go to Sarajevo, you should meet them and cook and eat! :) Thank you Dalida, Uliana and Samir, we hope to see you again!! :)
