Dolmabahce Palace

Dolmabahçe Mosque: A Jewel of the Bosphorus Dolmabahçe Mosque, located on the European shore of Istanbul’s Bosphorus, is one of the most elegant examples of 19th-century Ottoman architecture. Commissioned by Queen Mother Bezmialem Sultan and completed by her son Sultan Abdülmecid in 1855, the mosque reflects the splendor and refinement of the late Ottoman era. Its design blends traditional Islamic features with baroque and neoclassical influences, giving it a uniquely graceful appearance that harmonizes perfectly with the nearby Dolmabahçe Palace. The mosque’s large dome, high arched windows, and ornate detailing allow natural light to illuminate its exquisite interior, creating a serene atmosphere for worshippers and visitors alike. The tall, slender minarets frame the Bosphorus skyline, making it one of the most photographed landmarks along the waterfront.

    i loved the Cruise, the service is amazing, and the staff very friendly and nice. we would repeat for sure! a lot of apettizers ,Orange juice ,peanuts, tea ,fruit... even a blanket! and nice music too!!

    The boat is perfect, neither too big nor too small, the deck area (upstairs) is very comfortable, with the bow sheltered from the wind by a transparent plastic canvas. They serve you from the beginning great quality amenities (typical sweets , nuts, bagel bread, natural juice and water) and later chopped fruit that is delicious, all this included in the rate! Apart they have drink service for more than reasonable prices (pints for 250 TL/5 euros) The experience has been fabulous, seeing the city from the Bosphorus and from the Golden Horn, especially at dusk, is absolutely MAGICAL! Another thing that I liked the most, about Istanbul in general and this cruise in particular, is the super friendly treatment they have with tourism!

    Highly recommended experience The boat is perfect, there are not too many people or too small. The service is exquisite. Explanations in English and Spanish of everything you see, very attentive and friendly. They answer all doubts. They offer, included in the rate, water, natural orange juice, tea , bagel muffins, sweets, nuts, fruit. All very rich. The unbeatable views. We went on deck, the window closed with plastic is perfect if it is cold, lets see and shelter from the wind. I would repeat it without hesitationM

    We had a wonderful time on the boat trip. The tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and totally bilingual in English and Spanish. He had jokes, information, and helpful hints for our visit to Istanbul. We also appreciated the small snacks that were included with the tour. We purchased a bottle of wine additionally and had a grand old time. Excellent!

    We took a Bosphorus cruise at sunset and it was a lovely experience. The boat was comfortable and the staff very attentive. During the tour we were offered snacks, fruit, drinks and tea, all inclusive, which made the walk even more pleasant. The sunset views over Istanbul were spectacular. In addition, at the end we were offered a free transfer back to the hotel, a detail that we did not expect and that made the experience very easy. We would repeat without a doubt!
