Everything went fine, but you have to make sure they send you the QR code, that is what the bath staff uses to give you the tickets.

The baths were very good. The outdoor pool was perfect and warm. Take off silver jewellery as it tarnishes. The indoor sauna and pools were very good. We didn’t find the cafe, so cannot comment on it. The staff at the ticket desk were extremely ignorant and if you use trip advisor make sure you get a qr code as we had to phone someone in Hungary and try and get it ,which took a while and very inconvenient. Don’t know why it was not sent before. The bar code is all we got beforehand. I had read that in someone else’s comments and should have realised.

Turned up at the baths but our Viator ticket wasn't valid. They don't have any dealings with them. The reception woman was kind and as helpful as she could be. We will return there next year because of the staff. Will book direct on their website.

The bath itself is great- lovely staff, good facilities, relaxing baths and sauna. Do not book through Trioadvisor though! They send an eticket with a barcode, but the bath wants a QR code for entry. I had to call and get it sent over, which was pretty awkward.

My husband and I spent a delightful afternoon at the baths in Budapest. The buildings in which the pools are housed are beautiful. Very nice set up for changing. Everyone is given their own cabana to change in and leave your valuables and clothes when you enter the baths. You are given a bracelet that locks and unlocks your personal cabana so no keys to keep up with. All pools were very clean, water was soothing. I would definitely go again if ever in Budapest in the future.
