The museum itself is worth a visit. However, the tickets had a bar code rather than the QR code that the museum personnel expect. Getting admitted took a long time. Once we were admitted, the problem kept recurring because a staff person at every exhibit space entry also wants to scan the QR code. We finally went to another entrance desk where the staff worked together to research our reservation, and they eventually re-ticketed us. It was a bit humiliating and took up valuable sightseeing time. I would really appreciate a refund, but I don’t expect I will receive one.
