From feeding the elephants to feeding ourselves, via the amazing cooking class we attended with Jimmy, absolutely everything was perfect. The love and care shown to the elephants was beautiful and the attention to detail during the cooking class was wonderful. My travel buddy does not enjoy cooking and even she loved the experience! Would recommend to all! Thanks Jimmy & Team!!

We had such an incredible day at Bukit Elephant Park, truly one of the highlights of our trip. Feeding the elephants was an unforgettable experience. Being able to get so close, hand them food, and see their personalities up close was both fun and surprisingly peaceful. The staff clearly care deeply about the elephants, and the whole experience felt respectful and well-run. But the real standout of the day was the Thai cooking class. Chef Jimmy was absolutely fantastic, friendly, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything in a way that made it easy to follow, even for beginners, and you could tell he was genuinely passionate about sharing authentic Thai food. What made it even more special was that the recipes he taught had elements from his hometown, which gave the class a really personal and authentic touch. We cooked Thai green curry, Tom yum goong, and Pad thai, and every dish turned out amazing. Chef Jimmy walked us through each step, explained the ingredients, and shared little tips you’d never get from a cookbook. The green curry had incredible depth of flavour, the tom yum goong was fresh and perfectly balanced, and the Pad thai tasted better than many restaurants we’ve tried. It didn’t feel rushed at all, it was relaxed, interactive, and a lot of fun. By the end, we not only had a delicious meal but also felt confident we could recreate everything at home. If you’re visiting Bukit Elephant Park, the cooking class is an absolute must-do. A perfect mix of culture, fun, and seriously good food. Highly recommended!

Initially, my son invited me to go with him on this tour and I declined. I really had better things to do than go hang out with elephants. Well, he kept after me to go, so I agreed and I am so glad we did this tour. Jammy was our guide for the tour and she was very knowledgeable about the elephants in her care, as well as having a great sense of humor. She also taught the cooking class at the end, as well as showing us how rubber is harvested and made. All in all, a really good tour that I'm glad I got to experience. Much thanks to Jammy and the rest of her employees, all of whom were warm and friendly.

We had the best time at the elephant park in Phuket, all the staff were lovely. We fed the elephants and walked with them around the park where they stay. The lady who did the tour clearly cared about the elephants a lot and told us everything about them. We also got free coffee. After seeing the elephants we did the Thai cooking class, jimmy showed us what to do, he really went above and beyond to make our experience great. Also the lady and young boy who was new were really proactive and friendly. We would definitely recommend coming here to anyone visiting Phuket. Thankyou for a great day :)

A lovely half day tour including feeding bananas to elephants, walking around the park, watching elephants bathe, a Thai cooking demonstration and lunch. The elephants appear to be well cared for and the guides are knowledgeable. The food was very good and overall it was a great way to spend 1/2 a day. The only drawback was the transport to and from the park. Pickup was 1 1/2 hours and return journey was 2 hours as the van goes to many different hotels and the detour takes double the time it would take to get there directly. However, I would still recommend this outing.

We had a wonderful experience at Bukit Elephants and truly enjoyed every moment. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything was very well organized. Our guide was an amazing lady, extremely knowledgeable, passionate, and genuinely caring. You could really feel her love for what she does, which made the experience even more special. We chose the half-day program, and I highly recommend it to everyone. It was the perfect balance of activities and relaxation. The cooking class was a lovely surprise, and the dinner they offered afterward was incredibly generous and absolutely delicious. Overall, a beautiful, authentic experience that we will remember for a long time. Highly recommended!

Great experience all together! We had the hotel pick up in a new van with A/C, which is always great. They greet you with iced coffee or Thai tea once you arrive to the location (yes you can have more than one!). The cooking class is the high light but it is nice to have the elephant encounter and feed an elephant before. It is fairly short but nice! Once you finish the elephants they walk you to the cooking class area which is a new construction a short walk up the hill with great views to the town and fresh air from the ocean. Our instructor Jimmy was great! Very warm, friendly and makes it a fun experience. You’ll learn about the history of the food you cook, the ingredients. I very much enjoyed it and would recommend it for food lovers or anyone wanting to get closer into the culture! It’s great for kids as well!

We had a wonderful time learning how to cook Thai food! The facilities are brand new and come with a great view. Jimmy, our instructor was awesome! Great job explaining how to cook and also provided lots of humor! The food all turned out amazing and the ingredients used were very fresh! All the complimentary drinks were really good as well and unlimited! Meeting the elephants could feel a little less rushed but still had a great time. I would recommend to anyone going to Phuket!
