The crew was nice and welcoming, but the speedboat was crowded and it was really bumpy, the boat is not comfortable at all, the 3 of us spend 2 days with back pain after the trip, one of the other tourist hurt his back pretty badly and have to leave the trip in the middle on a regular ferry to probably go to the hospital. Be aware that if you want to see the lagoon closer you will need to rent a longtail boat there with an extra cost, otherwise you will need to be waiting outside the bay on the boat for about 45min, be prepared

This experience is exactly that, an “experience”. Crew and guide “Jimmy” were excellent, but way too many other tour boats. Maya beach crowded, Monkey beach unaccessible due to amount of boats which was disappointing. Viking caves entry is now prohibited so we could not see cave paintings. Lunch on Phi Phi Don was good. Khai beach was very nice but the deck chair area we were directed to was right next to a rather loud generator. Return journey from Marina was a little chaotic. We found the driver that picked us up in the morning. He led us to the van car park and then promptly handed us over to another driver!! We were a family group and all got back in one piece. Grandchildren enjoyed the trip so happy days.

Be prepared to feel pleasantly exhausted by the time you return to your hotel. This is truly a full-day experience. The staff was outstanding, and the views throughout the excursion were absolutely beautiful. Pickup was prompt, and communication before, during, and after the tour was excellent. The only minor drawbacks were that we were not informed in advance that the team would request a tip at the end of the experience. Additionally, photos taken before boarding the speedboat are offered for purchase upon return at an additional cost, which we were unaware of. Unfortunately, by that point, we had already spent our money at the various islands. Optional add-ons were offered, including private long-tail boats for 1,800 THB and another activity (which we did not participate in). The speedboat experience itself was enjoyable, with the staff providing water and Coca-Cola, along with music from a variety of genres. Overall, if you have the time during your trip, I highly recommend not skipping this experience.

Maya beach was beautiful but the rest of the day was gapfill and pointless. The overcrowding at every location took all joy out of the day. The tour guides were great though, not their fault at all, but I wouldn't recommend this trip.

It was a nice trip. Much seen and experienced. Especially swimming between the rocks and visiting Maja Bay was highlight for us.

What an amazing day, I would highly recommend. Really organised the lunch was delicious and just the right amount of time spent at each Island. Jimmy and Crew really looked after us.

Way too many islands to do in one day, We spent most the day (about 80%) on a cramped boat. The first island we visited was a complete waste of time, there were rats running around and all the vendors were being extremely pushy/aggressive with everyone. Although, the staff on the boat and lead tour guide (King Kong) were very nice. I’d recommend booking one of the packages that has less islands so you can actually spend time on them rather than spending most of it on the boat traveling between.

The places we visited are amazing; however, I would not recommend this tour to someone who expects the experience to match what is published in the schedule. The published itinerary states that the tour starts at 7:00 a.m. and that the boat trip begins at 9:00 a.m. We were picked up at 7:55 a.m., and the boat trip actually started at 10:00 a.m. The itinerary also mentions that Maya Bay is one of the first stops of the day (in the morning, when it is less crowded), but in reality it was the second-to-last stop, when it was very crowded and the sunlight was not ideal for photos. Monkey Bay was only viewed from about 50 meters away, from the sea, and only for a couple of minutes. Lunch is advertised as lasting 45 minutes, but we were kept on the island for 1 hour and 40 minutes so that snorkeling classes could be sold. During lunch, only plain (non-bottled) water was provided. If someone is looking for reliability and adherence to the published schedule, I would definitely not recommend this tour. Otherwise, it could still be a good option

Great service from start to finish! Prior to trip the information was useful and collection time from hotel was communicated via WhatsApp, and all ran on time. Check-in at the harbour was super smooth, and you got allocated a wristband and divided into groups dependent on trip/boat. Sugar Sugar was our host and with the crew truly ensured we were well looked after and hydrated throughout the day (unlimited water, soft drinks, 100THB for a can of Chang). Sea was fairly calm but still expect a bumpy due to speed and loud (due to the motors) ride, from island to island. Sea sickness tablets are provided prior of departure if required. Maya Bay as expected is a tourist trap and you feel like cattle walking in a straight line from docking to the bay/beach.. but it is beautiful! After you have the option to go on a 40mins Long Boat for a fee (800THB/pp if I remember correctly), and you jump from your main boat across to the long boat, so be prepared for this. Those of you who choose to stay on main boat, go swimming in the lagoon.. which was lovely and cooling. The lunch buffet was in a beach restaurant on Koh Phi Phi and consisted of salad buffet, various Thai dishes and Spag Bol, followed by watermelon and coffee. Water is free but other beverage to be purchased. Due to low tide, the boat couldn’t come close to the beach so we had to wade to it, so be prepared for this and water level was to crotch level depending on your height.. but all fine if you’re wearing swimwear etc. You only pass by Viking Cave and Monkey Beach without getting on shore, due to the cheekiness of the monkeys who can be unpredictable. Final stop was for snorkling/swimming, which was a nice end to the day. On the ride back, watermelon and pineapple were served. Would highly recommend the trip and to experience the various islands.
