  I traveled alone and have some minor limitations. The staff explained our timeline and what we were going to do. The floating Muslim community and homes was a highlight for me. • Finally saw bioluminescence!!

  This was my favorite tour by far from my holiday trip! It started later in the day and we didn’t get back too late, even after seeing the bioluminescence. With Teddy as our guide we were loaded onto our boat at the Phuket Boat Harbor and got to go to Phanak Island, Hong Island, James Bond Island, Phang Nga Bay, dinner, Ko Panyi (for bioluminescence.) All the islands were absolutely beautiful and we had more than enough time at each. The canoe ride at Hong Island was so cool. We were taken to see so many cool formations and it was just super peaceful. The bioluminescence was super cool to see and there was so much. Quick tip, if you would like to record the bioluminescence make sure you research how before you go on the trip. Using your normal phone camera barely caught any of the bright sparks that we were making in the water.

  If you book one activity in Phuket, this is it! From start to finish the team took excellent care of us and made sure we had a wonderful time. It was a packed day but perfectly planned. The group was the perfect size and we didn’t feel rushed at all. Our luxurious pick-up van had great A/C and the pier restroom was immaculate. Cold drinks and nice snacks provided while we waited for the rest of the group to join. Then a great speed boat ride, exploring the caves, sea canoeing, James Bond Island, a gorgeous sunset on the boat & then dinner at the fishing village! Have your camera ready for the fishing village because it’s beautifully lit at night with the mountains as a backdrop! Finally, we got to interact with bioluminescent plankton in the water! Cameras won’t work for this so just relax and enjoy. It felt like catching fireflies in the water. They warned us that viewing the plankton depends on the tide & moon (no moon and high tide is best) so we would t be disappointed if we didn’t see it. They were white and so fun to play with in the water! But after 5-10 mins it’s enough time. The whole day was magical!!

  Amazing experience with the local tour guid Alex. Super good guide and incredible experience that you just must do! The food provided was also great and it was so cool to be in the water at night to see planktons that a photo can’ capture.

  I would give 5 milion stars to Alex and his crew. He has the best info since he is a local and grew up around those islands. He knows how to see functions and really tries to catch the best times to visit all of the places that are in his incredible itinerary. It’s very flexible and they review great snacks and drinks the whole time as well as they bring you to one of the best places to have dinner before you go out to see the glowing magic that happens in a cave with the glowing Bioluminescent Plankton. I can definitely say that this was the best where I ever took. So different until unique. I hope that Alex continues showing people places where he grew up, and that the company that hires him is aware of his quality and professionalism.   Nice overview of Phang Nga Bay... islands, caverns, floating village, & more via speed boat, canoe, & walking.. plan to get wet, be able to board canoe from boat, and enjoy day with small group.

  The tour was great. Teddy was a great tour guide and we were able to witness some incredible beauty and unique things. The speedboat got us everywhere quickly and safely. The crew on the boat were very helpful and courteous .

  We are travelling around SE Asia and this has been one of our best trips yet. The first stop was to a cave which was accessed via a beach filled with lots of cheeky monkeys. Safety helmets were provided and we took some great photos of the hidden lagoon from inside. Next we visited James Bond island for some great photo ops and a dip in the sea if we wished. Bottles of water were provided by the crew throughout the day. The next stop was a chauffeured kayak tour on Hong Island which we enjoyed massively as it gave us free rein to take photos and just enjoy the view. Our guide pointed out different shapes in the rocks and told us a bit about the island. We stopped at another island to take photos of the sunset and relax/go in the sea, then we moved on to a delicious buffet dinner at the Floating Village. The bioluminescent plankton was a real highlight and despite it being slightly weather dependent (the moonlight can affect visibility) the crew went above and beyond to make sure we saw it. We were taken for a second chauffeured kayak in the caves do maximise the darkness and we were shown the glittering plankton by moving our hands through the water. Our guide also splashed the water against the cave walls to illuminate them too. Then we took the boat back to Phuket in the darkness so you could see the brilliant stars above. Totally recommend this trip!

  Absolute best day ever. The tour itself was incredible and life changing, and luckily we got to see the bioluminescence. Even without seeing it, it would’ve been the best day. Amazing tour guide, amazing people, great food, and a really awesome atmosphere. If you do anything in Phuket do this.
