3.00Be careful what you are booking. We booked this because it offered door to door without having to leave vehicle(with exceptions of the ferry). It stated we did not need to remove our bags for the ferry. But that is incorrect. The transfer bus was comfortable apart from being quickly told to get off the bus, having to wheel our luggage onto the ferry and then at Cat Ba when we arrived, we walked out luggage off and up the road past the waiting buses and had to stand around in the heat(under shade awning) for 15 - 20 mins waiting for another to pick us up, to deliver to hotels. I don't normally write negative reviews but I found this transfer unsatisfactory and misleading.
