On this private Cairo day tour, you’ll journey through the layers of Egypt’s ancient glory, beginning with the awe-inspiring Pyramids of Giza — the Great Pyramid of Khufu, that of Khafre, and Menkaure — timeless monuments rising from the golden sands since the 4th Dynasty, around 2500 B.C. Enjoy a 30-minute camel ride through the Sahara, circling these wonders as the Great Sphinx watches over the plateau with its eternal gaze. Savor a traditional lunch at a local restaurant overlooking the pyramids before continuing to the magnificent Grand Egyptian Museum, where the treasures of pharaohs come alive — colossal statues, gleaming artifacts, and the full collection of Tutankhamun displayed together for the first time — an unforgettable encounter with 5,000 years of civilization.

We had the best day together with our tour guide, Mahmoud Hoka, and our driver, Peter. Our guide was very professional, and we could tell he had a lot of knowledge about Egyptian history, as he shared information throughout the day when we were visiting the different places. We went to ride camels, see the pyramids, the Sphinx, the Great Egyptian Museum, to mention some. During the day we learned so much about Egypt, and he also gave us useful information on what to do and not, when you're a tourist in Egypt, which made it easier for us the rest of our vacation. The whole day was done in our own pace, which made the experience so good, as we didn't have to rush from place to place, but got to spend some extra time where we wanted, and a shorter time other places. We also got to visit spice stores and oil/perfume stores where we could buy some nice gifts. Our guide also helped us take amazing photos by both the pyramids and the Sphinx. We were extremely satisfied with our day, and would definitely recommend this trip if you're visiting Cairo!

The guide Mimo and the driver Peter were nice, but the tour itself was so rushed and skipped the details of Pyramids and GEM. Half of the time was in the shops where they were selling much higher prices. I regret taking this tour as I missed a lot despite of my dream Pyramids trip.

I booked this as a private tour because it was my first time in Egypt and I specifically wanted to avoid being taken advantage of as a tourist. Unfortunately, the guide did the opposite. Instead of focusing on the sites, he took me to a perfume and oil shop he described as “state certified” and claimed was where he personally gets his oils. The shop operates under the names Siwa Essence Oils / Mody Perfumes / Mody Khattab. After the tour, I checked the reviews and found a consistent pattern reported by other tourists: customers are shown high-quality oil samples, but while payment is made downstairs, the contents are allegedly switched. The bottles are sealed in a way that cannot be opened until you return home, at which point there is no recourse. I wish I had known this beforehand. The guide also took me to a so-called “papyrus institute” selling “hand-painted” Egyptian artwork on papyrus at highly inflated prices. Identical items can be found in ordinary gift shops for around a dollar. These stops felt like commission-driven shopping detours rather than part of a good-faith private tour. If you are booking a private tour for insulation from tourist traps, be aware that this experience did not provide that. I would strongly recommend confirming in advance, in writing, that no commission-based shopping stops will be included, or choosing a different operator altogether.

If you are looking for a guide in Giza and Cairo, look no further: this is an excellent tour! My tour guide, Rania, is knowledgable with Egypt's rich history that she thoroughly shared with me and answered all the questions I had during our time together. I was very impressed with all the places she's shown: the Pyramids of Giza, Camel ride in the desert, Papyrus creations, Perfumery, and the Grand Egyptian Museum. It was an unforgettable experience. Thank you very much Rania for your guidance on this once in a lifetime visit in Egypt! Book this trip NOW!

After I placed my order, no one took the initiative to contact me before departure. I had to take the initiative to send messages to inquire, but received no response. Finally, through the phone number showed on the ticket, I managed to find their WhatsApp contact with great difficulty and got in touch with them. This was just the beginning of the tragedy—they may have temporarily arranged an outsourced tour guide, instead of a professional in-house guide from their own company. It's best to look up the historical background of the pyramids by yourself in advance before your trip. This is because tour guide won't take the initiative to share such information—you have to point to a specific pyramid and ask him, and he may answer your questions depending on his mood. It might be because I didn’t agree to the so-called "shopping tour" arranged for noon—though they did respect my choice regarding the schedule. Later, due to my fear of heights, I gave up the camel-riding tour activity (and I didn’t even ask for a refund for this item). I asked the guide to walk with me to the six pyramid viewing spots instead of riding camels, but he refused. He said I could go there by myself, but he wouldn’t come along; he would only agree to wait right where he was (how arrogant he was!). In the end, he rushed through the rest of the tour. During the subsequent visit, he barely took the initiative to introduce the pyramids at all, and he even failed to take me to the correct viewing spot for the Sphinx. Finally, I still gave him a tip out of politeness—what a joke!

Super prepared and attentive to every detail, Time and security. Great explanation on all points. Mimo and Peter, knowing we would have time available, were worried about what I expected. I recommend both
