Our tours are proudly themed around the authentic Rocky Mountain Canadian experience — think fresh mountain air, hearty local bites, and laid-back exploration. We walk, we nibble, and we soak up the charm of Banff without any pretense. It’s not about fine dining; it’s about real flavours, real places, and real stories — all rooted in the spirit of the Rockies.
Stroll the streets with your knowledgeable local guide, popping into different food establishments to sample a plethora of various Canadian foods. However, our tours are about more than just the food. We offer you a side dish of the interesting history of our incredible backyard.

This is a walking tour, and you'll be on your feet for most of the experience. Some stops may include stairs, as a few of our partner restaurants are located on upper levels.

5.00This tour was so much more than we expected. The food was outstanding and even more was the history shared. Our host was knowledgeable, friendly, even funny, organized and prepared. She arranged the tour around my allergies which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this tour.

5.00We really enjoyed the food tour! Jo was friendly and really knowledgeable about Banff and Canada in general, with lots of interesting and humorous tales. All of the food and drink we tried was tasty and high quality. We returned to a number of places Jo introduced us to which says it all. Overall, a great experience combining seeing Banff, learning some new things with delicious food!

5.00Where to begin. Jo was engaging, entertaining, had great storytelling and relatable to all. The food was fantastic! Poutine, Maple Fudge … other savory and sweet things. I don’t want to spoil all the surprises. Go hungry.

5.00This food tour was a great first activity when we arrived in Banff. We visited quite a few restaurants and had more than enough food! From tea with maple syrup (definitely worth a try) to salmon to dessert, it was delicious.

5.00Joanna - was our tour guide. She was AMAZING. She was very relatable and provided many backgrounds to the restaurants around downtown. Some of the businesses even gave small previews to the group. It helps you find restaurants around downtown which you may have not gone too.
