Package of 2 tours in Tortuguero. •first tour: Tour to the waterways of Tortuguero National Park hour 6:00am or at 2:00pm lasts approximately 3 hours. They can wear comfortable and wet clothes and they can wear sandals. •Second tour: Night walking tour, the tour starts at 6:00pm and lasts approximately 2 hours. It is necessary to wear comfortable clothes and closed shoes.

Very nice tour: we discovered the canals by canoa e the guide Abel tell us many informations about animals and the wild life. After that we took a tour about the turtles and their nets. Very emotional.

We had Rafa as a guide for the canoe trip, and for the turtle trip we had Jasmina. Amazing guides, extremely knowledgeable because they live in Tortugero and worked with guided tours for years. Rafa is very good at English, and both very enthusiastic about animals and nature. Can warmly recommend these local guides!

Exactly, and as I read in another comment, if I could give Rafa and his entire family a score it would be a 10. You won't forget the time you spent with them, warm people who will make you feel at home, giving their all, helping you in every way possible, and taking you on routes that will remain forever in my memory and my heart. Thank you for so much.

Rafa is the best guide you can find in Tortuguero, not only for his sympathy and friendliness, which are evident from the first second, but for his knowledge of the place and its fauna and flora. The journey is beautiful from start to finish and you can observe all the creatures of the jungle with maximum respect and with all possible clarifications by the best guide. We would definitely repeat 100%

If I could give 6 stars I would. Rafa is an excellent guide and on top of that he is a person you can trust. He went beyond what I expected and obviously knows Tortuguero very well. You'll learn a lot

The tours in Rafael his boat and nights were very educational and relaxing. No hurry, he took the time to explain everything properly and take pictures. He treats nature with great respect, not only because he has so much experience (20y+), but also because he loves Costa Rica. Price/quality by far the best on Tortuguero.

Great tour, went where few other boats went. Even saw some dolphins. Learned a lot about the park and the animals. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed the Tour. Rafa is a super nice guide who takes all the time for you. We saw a lot of beautiful birds (including toucans, a caiman, monkeys and some more animals. We really recommend booking with Rafa as you are relaxed, quiet on a small boat. So not one of those tourist boats where a lot of people go. This makes the tour quiet and gives you the best experience! You see so much beauty in the tropical rainforest. Love Monique & Lennart

We did 2 tours with Rafa, one of the canals of Tortuguero National park and a night Wall. Both were outstanding and we highly recommend him as a guide. we stayed at his House as Airbnb guest and his family was very nice. a great experience overall.
