Very educational. Felt very welcome in the hosts home. Had a great time. The food we made was fabulous. We will be making our own past for now on.

The whole experience was amazing. Sylvia was the best teacher and such a warm and loving person. We had a great mix of people the night we had our lesson from other countries and it was just perfect. Would highly recommend!!!

My friend and I took a quick trip to Italy from the US, and a cooking class was at the top of our list. This experience exceeded our expectations! With just the two of us in the class, we had a fantastic time. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and personable, and the food was absolutely delicious. We can’t wait to recreate the dishes at home!

We had a lovely and fun evening with our hosts, Andrea and Elisa. We made our own meal, tortelloni with spinach and ricotta filling, with butter and sage, then tagliatelle with tomato sauce and pappardelle with porcini. The porcinis were picked by Andrea in the morning, so could not have been fresher. And of course the tiramisu as dolce. Combined with interesting conversation about food and life, this was a memorable evening. And the pasta meal was abolutely delicious!
