Lucca is a very very crowded city with not only cars, but thousands of people. We were not able to find the location due to blocked streets because of construction and no parking without a permit . We were there early but could find zero parking. We parked a very long way off and gave up because it was already one hour late. We texted when we got there and told them our predicament and 1.15 minutes later, they said the kitchen was closed. We asked to reschedule because we were in the area for three more days but got no response so we asked for our money back. We got no response I am calling my credit card company to have them cancel the charge of $343.

Our chef, Silvia, made this experience truly unforgettable. She was kind, knowledgeable, and made us one of the best pesto sauces I have had in my entire life. We were celebrating my mother's 70th birthday and Silvia made the experience once-in-a-lifetime. Highly recommend this!

Monica and her family opened their home for this one of a kind experience. They were very friendly and informative. We loved interacting with their dogs and cats. The experience can take longer than listed; if you have time constraints be sure to let Monica know ahead of time as well as any food allergies. Come hungry- tons of food!

The whole experience was amazing. Sylvia was the best teacher and such a warm and loving person. We had a great mix of people the night we had our lesson from other countries and it was just perfect. Would highly recommend!!!
