What To Expect
1. Select the transportation service you require and please consider Model and type of vehicle will be assigned upon availability and the number of passengers. 2. Provide the following information: Full name, flight number, pick-up date and time, and phone number. 3. Save your voucher. Print it or save it on your phone. 4. 48 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info. 5. 24 hours before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver. 6. Meet your driver at the pick-up location. 7. Present your voucher and I.D. to the driver so properly driver can validate your voucher/ticket. 8. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. 9. Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate.

Grossly overpriced

1.00DO NOT BOOK. This transfer is grossly overpriced. We got the transfer in a van from the Marina Bay port and paid $135 SGD to a hotel in Bencoolan (Singapore). It wasn’t far from the city centre (we later went back to the port for $10 SGD in a smaller taxi). We also took a transfer to the airport, in a similar vehicle, for $65 SGD. The airport is much further. We had reached back out to Viator and the company for a refund/partial refund with the above reasons but were not accepted.
