5.00Lemmy was a friendly and knowledgeable guide. He brought us to different candy and chocolate stores and explained their background. We enjoyed various tastings although a few were too sweet for us. He also shared a few interesting stories about Ghent.

5.00We had a great tour with our guide Tom. Good explanation about the history and also told here and there with some humor so that it remained fascinating. In between delicious tastings of sweets and the famous Belgian chocolate. Also the email contact with the organization Charlie's Tour is very pleasant and professional.

5.00Debbie was absolutely phenomenal. She brought the charm and history of Ghent to life through her storytelling and warm welcoming nature. The locations were fantastic and the combination of chocolate history and Ghent history really made for a memorable experience. I came here for a work trip and wanted to fill my time and it was an absolute wonderful use of my time. Cheers to Debbie and the Charlie team for putting together a stellar tour.

5.00The BEST chocolate tour I have ever experienced! Lead by a guide who was born, raised and lives in Ghent, you will taste award winning chocolate all locally produced. You'll taste subtle flavors, bold flavors, flavor combinations you never imagined, and even a chocolate inspired by the guide. You'll see bean to bar production, ateliers, and maybe the chocolates being produced during the visit. Also you'll be given tips and recommendations for Ghent along the way that only a local person would know. High quality chocolate at reasonable prices, I returned to four of the spots to buy many of the products tasted. If you only have time for one tour in Ghent, this is the best!
