We went to cooking class with 20 people. Everything was well organized. We had a very nice experience. The neighborhood is also nice to see. This way you get out of the tourist places and you see better how people live. The host and hostess are very helpful, give a lot of explanation. Good food!

We took part in a three-hour cookery course at Phnom Penh Spice and made the national dish amok, a delicious, mildly spicy curry. We prepared all the ingredients ourselves in the traditional way and were given very friendly, patient and easy-to-understand instructions. We were also given interesting information about Cambodian cuisine. And all this in very pleasant, lovingly furnished rooms with lots of plants. A tip: don't forget your mosquito spray.
