We had booked round trip from the airport to the hotel. Booking and communication was very straightforward and fast. The drivers arrived on time and with comfortable vehicles, into which our large suitcases could easily fit. The rides were very pleasant with nice conversations with the drivers. We felt very comfortable. We can only recommend. Thank you so much!

Just what you want. Picked us up on time at the ferry. Carried our luggage to the van. Dropped us off two hours later by our hotel.
This is a good way to travel longer distances.

Booking the pick up was easy. However I had to email pick up time, didn’t get a response, I called customer service to confirm pick up time and I was assured we would be picked up at our request, and that did occur. Very nice riding vehicle, driver was attentive even stopped for a bathroom break.

Our ride was great- the driver was very professional and punctual. He brought us straight to our hotel but he offered to stop at a coffee shop on the way. Great service and would highly recommend.

The car was small, there was no water, the driver made me get him coffee and complained about how long it took, complained about how heavy the luggage was, and was just generally unpleasant. He did drive fine and got us to the correct location but not without more unpleasantness. I do not recommend.

Our driver was prompt/ friendly - lovely clean roomy vehicle and very comfortable ride from Heraklion to Chania. It was drive we did not want to take on ourselves as we are not familiar with the roads of Crete. Our driver gave us safe transfer. Totally worth every penny !
