  It was so much better than advertised! It was 4 hours of learning how to cook in the Cretan style, but even more about family and laughter and pure joy! We were with a great group of strangers to us and had an absolute blast in their home kitchen. We left with full bellies and fell in love with Cretan tradition. They are a truly special family! We met Veerna and Kostas’ boys and heard family stories and even taught Kostas a new word!!! We would highly recommend to open-minded travelers. Stin Yeia Mas!

  The class stood out for its remarkable simplicity. While the recipes were straightforward, they were incredibly sophisticated in flavour. Each dish we prepared was a testament to the rich culinary traditions of Crete, proving that great cooking don’t have to be complicated. The cooks were the true stars of the experience. Friendly, patient, and passionate about their craft, they guided us through each recipe with warmth and expertise. The pace of the class was perfectly calibrated – neither rushed nor tedious, allowing everyone to fully engage and enjoy the process.

  This cooking class was amazing!!! We felt like family and it was the perfect ending to our honeymoon! Veerna & Alex made us feel right at home and were the perfect hosts. The food we cooked was phenomenal!!! You will not be disappointed booking this class!
