You will prepare your own meal under the guidance of a mom. You will learn 5 different recipes of traditional Cretan meals. The ingrdients we going to use are all gather from our organic garden.Also you will hear stories about customs and culture.

First you are welcomed with a homemade refreshment or a greek coffee from the hostess and homemade cookies.Then you will be informed about the mediterranean-based menu. You will learn about the significance of the "thieves dinner" (kleftiko),the main dish you're going to prepare (lamb). Next, you’ll prepare stuffed vegetables and stuffed grape leaves (dolmades). Then we will learn how to make kalitsounia.We use our rolling pins to roll out the dough for that! Appetizers are prepared last but enjoyed first. Tzatziki, Ntakos, and Cretan salad. Time to eat! Enjoy all of the beautiful traditional Cretan dishes you’ve created with copious amounts of local wine. Be sure to leave room for dessert.
