  I had a fantastic time in my day trip to Alexandria. Shery was my tour guide in Alexandria. She lives locally and knows all the good spots. She is knowledgeable about the sites. It was a very good tour and I absolutely recommend

  Very nice itinerary if you have a couple of hours to see Alexandria from Cairo. Moreover, our driver Hamed was the nicest and most patient person we could have asked for. Shukran :)

  EMO TOURS is an unreliable and irresponsible travel company in Egypt! Do not patronize them! Look for a more accountable travel agency. They failed to due diligence to check on the health status of the driver they sent to accompany me for my trip to Alexandria. When I first my driver, I already could tell that he was in a bad shape, but he insisted that he was the one assigned by Emo Tours for my trip, despite a previous request on driver arrangements I made that EMO Tours confirmed a day before the tour. Along the way, the assigned driver (not the one I requested) kept coughing while holding his chest, showing signs of labored breathing, not to mention he had reddish and watery eyes. I felt so uncomfortable the whole time, as I was apparently exposed to both health and safety hazards. He might sleep while driving because of his condition, and we were breathing the same air in the confined vehicle. Things got worse when we reached Alexandria. The driver coughed more aggressively and admitted that he felt very cold inside and very ill. I asked if there's a way to coordinate with EMO Tours, so he could be properly attended to but he couldn't reply anymore. I asked the company to look into the matter immediately as I was concerned for the driver's condition, as well as my health and safety while on the road. I had to cut the time I spent for each site (I didn't fully appreciate each stop), and the situation of my driver bothered me the whole time. On our way back, my driver looked super frail and very sick. Until he asked to park in the middle of a highway because he couldn't manage anymore. He said another driver would take me back to Cairo. After a while, I ended up transferring to another car with other tourists, who were visibly upset about what they saw. The lady on the phone (name was Heva) advised me that we would need to leave the driver on the road, and his family member would pick him up! I said that was so irresponsible of them to leave the driver alone in the middle of the highway just like that. I was the one who even asked if the other tourists had extra Ibuprofen or Paracetamol for him to take. I also specifically asked them to give me an update every 30 minutes about the driver, but they never did. They were so irresponsible - failed to do diligence on the health status of the driver then send off to accompany tourists, failed to properly take care of their sick staff, failed to provide updates as requested, and failed to keep their word on driver arrangements! They are an unreliable and disorganized company! NEVER AGAIN WITH EMO TOURS! They can't be trusted with the words and guarantees they give you! Look for a more reliable and decent tour accompany in Egypt.
