5.00We were picked up from our hotel at 7 am. At first we were a little nervous because the driver spoke no English and the car was old and not in best condition But the driver called our guide who was meeting us in Alexandria and she reassured us that she knew the driver and she would meet us! Nasrim was warm, very knowledgeable, and gave us a wonderful tour of the Catacombs, the Roman theater ruins, the Alexandria Library, then took us to lunch. After we toured the fort and the largest mosque in Alexandria. We were with Nasrim from 10 AM until 4 pm! The driver took us to each site and then drove us back to our hotel in Cairo. We couldnt have asked for a better tour. Our only complaint was that although the driver was so polite and courteous- we couldnt communicate with him and the car was very cramped and uncomfortable for two 3 hr drives.

1.00We booked this tour with a driver, However the driver never showed up or responding his phone The second option, after 45 minutes waiting for the driver. We decided to contact Viator, Which they we explained what happened and even they tried to contact him but no response... However we never got the refund from Viator as well... Not much to say, I suggest you not to book it if you don't want to finish disappointed and without money back!
