2.00We waited more than 2 hours at pick up location on planned time 2:30pm and no one called us or picked us up until we looked up their phone number they came at around 4:30pm... So unorganized...

1.00This tour was absolutely horrible. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. We didn't get to do none of the activities that was listed. The driver didn't know what location to go to. So he dropped is off at the wrong location and sat there for over a hour. Wasn't able to get food, do dunebuggies, nor sandbord. Please avoid this tour company. I am requesting a refund.

1.00I don't recommend it at all, it was terrible, they didn't pick us up on time (the pick-up time was 14:30 and they picked us up at 16:00) on the itinerary it says 20-30 minutes in the dunes and it was only 4 minutes! I know why I recorded a video throughout the collection. Since we were picked up late, we couldn't arrive in time for the sunset either. I don't recommend this tour at all, I asked that I wanted to leave the place and they couldn't do that either, I had to wait because they couldn't send the driver to take us until the show was over.

1.00I suppose to be pickup from my hotel at 2:30, no one show up. I called, texted and emailed them, finally I called a number from US and the customer representative said she could not get in touch with the company… Not Good!

1.00We booked a tour on Tuesday night for Wednesday and we’re never contacted or picked up. We tried to reach out to the tour company via chat and had customer service try to reach out and we’re not able to contact them. Our hotel was able to establish contact and encouraged them to check their messages. The tour group responded via chat and said that this group is no longer providing tours for the year but could still pick us up for a higher price. I wish I could attach photos of the conversation, it was very sketchy. I would recommend using a different company.
