3.00A bit of a mix-up on this one. We booked for the cruise at Al Seef and were taken to the Dubai Marina so missed out on the views of the Old Town we’d been looking forward to. I contacted the operator the next day, and received an apology and an offer of a complimentary re-booking for the Al Seef cruise on our next visit so can’t really complain and can’t comment on the cruise from Al Seef - as we missed it.

4.00nice boat ride around the creek, the food was fine, and the entertainment was fun. The crew was friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to have a big sign outside the boat to make it easier to find the boat.

1.00It was a rip off. They misinformed me about the departure deck where we were waiting for one hour pre departure. Eventually the boat left from another deck without us, no one was looking for is and another passengers who went through the same. When I told them I would like a refund, they even started blaming us why we didn’t call them to see there are any changes. We were informed in advance, therefore, we didn’t have a reason to suspect any change. I would like a full refund, not to mention the inconvenience we had that night without dinner. The fact that they started blaming us instead of apologizing and offering refund, tells me everything. AVOID.

5.00We had a fantastic experience on this Dhow Dinner Cruise! The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. They went out of their way to acknowledge our anniversary, which made the evening even more special. The atmosphere was beautiful, the food was great, and the service was excellent. It was a perfect way to celebrate, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful touches. Highly recommend for a memorable evening!

5.00Pick up was 30 minutes late but traffic was very heavy. Great driver. We were accompanied directly to the boat. We were lucky enough to be there when the marina boat show was ending so were trested to an anaxing fireworks display. Food on board was really very very good, staff very kind and attentive. Entertainment was fantastic. We met so many lovely folks. Cheap and fantastic value for money. Would definitely recommend.
