2.00My experience was NOT GREAT. Tour was Great. My tour guide Shoaib, was great. He took the photo I shared here. However, my whole experience was NOT GREAT. My agency didnt even response to my comment to text to them about my bad experience. They completely ignored my text comment to them as if I didnt matter. I am a solo traveller. They put me in a big group with 17 people who all know each other. They could have put me with the other tour who also have solo traveller or couples. Here is what I texted them on whataspp which they completely ignored and didnt even comment or text me back. "Hello. I was at the dessert tour last night. I just want to say I enjoyed the trip. It was a great experience. However, I wish you guys did not put me in the same car with people who is in a big tour group. There is a big group last night with at least 17 People wearing pink shirts. I was the only one there with them. It made me uncomfortable knowing I’m in a big group where everyone knows everyone. It would have been good if you had put me with the other tourist who are solo, couple, tourist. Not in a big 17 people tour. My tour guide Shoaib, is very nice. He made sure that I am taken cared of. He made sure I got my photos taken. He can sense and knows that it can be uncomfortable for me and he made sure that I don’t get left out. At times it’s been uncomfortable since I know he needs to take care of that big Group and make sure they are happy. But even with that, it would have been better if I was not in the same car/group with that big 17 people group. I travel a lot all over the world and have been in tour groups. This is the first time I have been in a group like this, where I am the only one combined in a bigger group. Currently I am in a tour of Abu Dhabi where we are in a big bus. Solo travelers, couples. 3 or 4 people in a family. I feel so much comfortable with this group. Everyone is talking to everyone. You guys put in a group of 17 group. And I’m the only one there by myself. It’s just uncomfortable position. I hope you guys understand what I am trying to let you see/feel my experience for your future customer. Thanks."

5.00We had a fab experience especially the quad bike ride in the dessert awesome. It was my first time and I loved it. The shows at the camp were splendid and very entertaining. The food was just ok to eat. However our driver Ibrahim was so brilliant and had all the time for us. He explained to us all our trip and even driving he was explaining to us where we were, what happened here etc. I recommend him 100% no doubt. The best part too was the amazing photos he captured us and had the time to airdrop all to us. He made us comfortable and welcoming. We love our visit in DUBAI ❤️.

4.00Overall was good fun. Quad ride is in a small closed parc which isn’t mentioned in the add. I have already done this with another tour company and we enjoyed a real ride in the open desert. Our driver did the strict minimum which we all thought took a bit out of the experience.
