2.00Driver arrived a half an hour prior to our scheduled pick up Without notice. Which would have been wonderful, had we been advised and could have been ready. But unfortunately he had to wait for us. When we booked the time we were told, it takes half an hour. To get to the cruise port in reality it was Over one hour so we were very harried. We finally arrive at the port and the driver. Unloads our luggage at the cruise ship and not at the embarkation building. We had to take our luggage and walk, He did not offer to turn around or drop us at the building. He also never spoke a word to us or engaged in any way.. I asked him a question and he did not respond. Definitely would not recommend this service.
