This was by far more than a five star tour! David came fully prepared with facts, dates, tons of information, energy, and smiles. He was extremely knowledgeable about every detail regarding Dublin history, architecture, geography, and the delightful tales of his people. David went above and beyond with songs and additional photos and items of interest in a portfolio he carried. He added a “wee bit” of extra time joyfully and graciously to make sure that my Dublin experience was magnificent! Very highly recommend!

David’s Private Walking Tour of Dublin City was absolutely amazing. It was so easy to book a reservation. Communication was always quick and easy, plus he had some excellent recommendations for things to do in the city before and after our tour. We learned so much about the history of the city and had fun doing it. He was charismatic, kind, and knowledgeable. He will even add whatever location or topic you are interested in to the tour. You will not find a better guide who is easier to spend time with. If you are looking to book a tour, he’s the guide to go to.

David gave my husband and I the best tour of Dublin we could have hoped for! He is very friendly, informative and the amount of history he knows is amazing. He shared tons of details about so many different locations, more than we could have learned from a book. He kept a perfect pace for us, which allowed him to share so many special things about the city he obviously loves. We hope to hit him up again on our next trip to Dublin!

We had the absolute pleasure of spending an afternoon with David, and it was hands down one of the highlights of our trip to Ireland. From the moment we met him, David was friendly, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. He guided us through the most historic and iconic parts of the city, weaving fascinating stories and rich history into every stop. He is incredibly passionate about his city and it was both infectious and inspiring. What really stood out was how much effort David put in before and after the tour. He was extremely responsive, offering a wealth of recommendations for food, drinks, and things to do beyond the tour. We followed many of his suggestions and every single one was a hit—we were never disappointed. It felt like having a well-connected local friend who genuinely wanted us to have the best possible experience in Dublin. And he made it happen. David made us feel completely at ease, and the time with him flew by—I truly wished we had even more time together. Touring Dublin with him was not only informative, but absolutely a joy. If and when we come back to Dublin, I will be booking this tour again so I can do it all over again! If you're looking to explore Dublin in a meaningful, fun, and insightful way, book a tour with David. You won’t regret it—it was a privilege to meet him and be shown the city through his eyes.

We had an absolutely amazing tour with David. If he is available on your travel dates do not hesitate to book him. He not only provided us with an excellent tour- but he helped us with choosing restaurants to fit our needs. Knowledgeable, energetic, engaging and fun- I can not recommend him enough. We accidentally ran into the Lord Mayor of Dublin who David recognized, and had the opportunity to meet him (all thanks to David) I have had experience with many different tour guides throughout europe over the years and David might be the best one I have ever encountered! You will not regret booking him
