Don’t get me wrong—the Eiffel Tower was majestic, but the agency responsible for our visit was a complete disaster. We arrived 15 minutes early, only to find a chaotic, uncomfortable crowd of people—some visibly upset because their bookings had been canceled without explanation. A young Spanish woman was trying to get help with her ticket, and the staff was blatantly ignoring her. When it was finally our turn at 11:00 AM, we were told our 10:45 AM tour had already left. How does that make any sense when we were early? Their response? “I know,” followed by handing our tickets back with no further help. After multiple complaints from us and four other frustrated clients, they reluctantly squeezed us into a tour—30 minutes later. This agency was clearly overwhelmed and poorly managed. My advice? Book directly through the Eiffel Tower’s official website or find another, more organized tour provider. This one was a frustrating mess from start to finish.
