I had a printed ticket confirmation. Prior to the tour, I received an email providing a link to obtain our actual tickets. The link did not work. I called and the tickets were forwarded to my email. I also found the meeting point information not to be obvious. It would have been better if it were front and center.

Diana our guide was wonderful. Very sweet and knowledgeable. She was great. One thing to mention. We asked for a rest room for our 90 year old Mom at the travel agent office. They said no.. there are restrooms at the Eiffel Tower. It was one hour before we got to the area of the restroom. Unkind to not allow a 90 year old woman to use the company restroom.

You will meet at the office and then over to the tower with your guide. Our guide explained more history about the tower and took us up and did a good job explaining.

Our tour guide had such a vibrant personality you knew instantly you were going to enjoy the adventure of climbing up the Eiffel Tower. She was very knowledgeable of the history of the Eiffel Tower, I loved every minute of my climb up the tower.
