It all starts with a warm cup of tea or coffee before jumping right into the crafting of your own Buttery Croissant, Pain au Chocolat (or chocolate croissant) and the Pain au Raisin ! Small groups of 8 allow the chef to follow closely how you learn new skills and knowledge.
First, discover the equipment, the ingredients, and the theory behind the making of the croissant. You will be making it from scratch with quality ingredients we selected from our local producers.
Then kneading the predough is where it all begins. You will provide the last ingredient with the rolling pin as you roll out the finished dough from which you will shape your own pastries! Time will do the rest while they rest and bake.
It all ends well with the tasting of what you have baked and the always instructive chat about your trip to Paris. We, as chefs, are very happy to give you our culinary advice, recommendations, and opinions and also learn from you. Don’t forget to take away the leftovers!

We spent a magical day making croissants in your class and had a wonderful time. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed it and so did the rest of the group. Our chef Guillaume was amazing and we would come back and recommend this again and again. Thank you again for a wonderful class.

Fantastic class. Instructor was thorough and moved at a good pace while not being rushed. It was also fun to chat with others in the class. It’s a great rainy day activity for anyone who enjoys baking. As a bonus you leave with a full bag of croissants and pain au chocolat!

We had so much fun doing this class! Our instructor was so informative, patient, and kind! The class was small (7 people total) and was a great size for our 8 and 9 year old to keep up and ask lots of questions! We felt the true experience of Paris, and enjoyed the delicious croissants we made at the end of class! This was absolutely a core memory for our family that we will cherish forever!

Our croissant class with Chef Felix was truly an amazing experience and one of the highlights of our girls’ trip to Paris! We learned so much, and Chef was incredibly patient with all of us—especially my mom, who didn’t stop asking questions 😄, and my daughter, who insisted on doing things her own way lol. My sister and I couldn’t stop laughing the entire time! Chef shared so many helpful tips, and the class was not only educational but also so much fun. It created some of our best memories from this trip. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Paris. Merçi, Chef Felix!

Our chef (Prisca) was great with our group (ages 12-66). The activity was fun and she made it even more interesting sharing the history of some of the things we were making and how to "replicate" some of the ingredients back home in the US. This was one of the favorite parts of the trip for our group. Would highly recommend!
