You will meet your guide at the agreed meeting point (7 Av. Silvestre de Sacy, Paris). Look out for our representatives with red caps and red signs with our company name. Then take the elevator to the second floor of the Eiffel Tower and enjoy a breathtaking view of Paris. The guide will provide insightful commentary on the history and significance of the tower. 1.00I bought tickets for this because online tickets were already sold out. I assumed that the tickets would already be purchased and it would be a shorter line. That was not the case. You had to stand in line for security to get under the tower and then stand in a very very long line for tickets before moving into the line for the lift. We were there during the holidays so I'm sure this is a very busy time of year. There were some other tours standing in line next to us so I think all of them are this way but you don't need to pay for the tour to stand in line for the tickets. The tour guide did the history review once we got onto the tower. By then we just wanted to wander around by ourselves.

5.00This tour was wonderful and our guide Nik did a fantastic job! It was cold at the top but we knew that being that it was an evening your. We climbed the stairs to the second floor and then the elevator to the top! I definitely recommend this tour!

1.00Horrible - we could not find our guide and we were on time. We sent him a message. He was slow to respond so we missed our tour. We have used Viator many times and this has never happened. We would like a refund.

4.00Gave an extra star for our guide Yusuff. We could not reach the top as it was closed for some reason, but Yusuff made every effort to make it up for us. Would request Viator to please refund the extra amount we paid for the roof access which we could not avail. Thank you in advance.

5.00Yusuff was a great guide. His time with us made the e waiting time unnoticeable and the whole tour was filled with much history and fun facts. He was amenable and very respectful. We really loved this tour. We recommended him to our daughter who’s coming in April.
