I booked a few tours with Viator, I specifically told the guide who help me book my tours, that I wanted to do the Eiffel Tower Elevator Private Tour on my first full day in Paris, which was on Monday August the 25th and wanted to get it for evening because I wanted to view the Sunset from Eiffel Tower , I even ask details about time sunset in Paris, and guide was very helpful, and gave me the details, I booked the tour for 8:30 pm , booked Hop on Hop off Bus for all day on my Monday, booked tow more tours with him. Got to Paris on Sunday the 24th in the afternoon , went to the Hotel was excited then left explored the surroundings found me a nice restaurant had dinner, Paris is amazingly beautiful, headed back to hotel , went to sleep late was exhausted. The next day Monday was getting ready for Hop on Bus Tour and my Cousin was look ing at my itinerary and said to me that we where going to miss our Eiffel Tower tour because we had to meet guide at 8:15 at the Eiffel Tower and our tour was for 8:30 AM , I was very disappointed because it was my 60th bday celebration in Paris and I wanted to do that private tour as well. I called Viator and talk to a representative who answered my call I explained the circumstances, she said if I pay $75.00 more for each one of us she could get me in, I said , ( no) we had all ready paid over $200 for two people, then she said that she was going to see who help me book does tours and explain to them my version, and see if I could get me my refund; I never got a call or email from Viator. I should had booked all my tours with AAA in Downey with same agent I always do.
