We booked this tour to begin at 4:15 which it did start on time. We also had dinner reservations for 6:30 on the same day in the tower at Madame Brasserie’s. It was supposed to be English speaking however we had a family that didn’t speak English so our tour guide Bruno (who was good)had to repeat everything in two languages which took extra time. The lines to go to the second floor was LONG as was the line to go to the top. Since it took us 1.5 hours just to get to the second floor, Bruno suggested we immediately get in the line to go to the top however that line was extremely long and we knew we’d never make it back down for our dinner reservations and therefore we never made it to the top. Very disappointing!

The tour guide was great. We had to wait more than 2 hours for the lift as we were told that there was an issue with the door closing. Following the long wait we were escorted to the other lift. Even here the lift did not work and we were told that we had 2 options: a. Take the stairs or go home. We left the area and returned back once we saw the lift being testes and moving. We were at last allowed to use the lift and get the experience.

Went to the Eiffel Tower Summit with lots of great info and enthusiasm from our guide Kenny! Amazing guide and experience of a lifetime view from the summit!
