Absolutely to visit, even if only for the derisory cost of only € 5. The climb is challenging but just do it calmly and on arrival the 360-degree show repays your effort. Suitable for all ages and only for those suffering from dizziness the last stretch can be problematic.

The Tower Museum isn’t a “must see” in my opinion but the 3 museum ticket package made it very inexpensive so, if you have the time and the willingness to walk the few hundred steps to the top, do it. The view at the top is not breathtaking but it’s interesting.

The Torrazzo is the tallest bell tower in Europe. I think it should be given more visibility. Visited in the evening on Thursdays in summer. Excellent Welcoming at the checkout and I must admit to the staff that actually the climb does not give a sense of claustrophobia as I had feared. Perhaps I would suggest adding the handrail in the narrowest part where some steps have deteriorated. Interesting vertical museum with English translation. Not everyone knows that here is recorded a podcast full of curiosities, “Torrazzo con vista”, which I was inspired by for the title of the review.

It's an experience... there are many steps to climb, but on each floor there was something to see and you had the chance to catch your breath... Getting to the top is a great thrill and satisfaction!

Definitely worth seeing. Don't be frightened by the many steps and 112 meters high that make it one of the highest medieval towers in Europe. Slowly you can get to the top. After each flight of stairs there is a room where you can catch your breath discovering something new on each floor. You will find various rooms including the time measurement room where ancient clocks are exhibited, the astronomy room for celestial bodies where you can admire a Focault pendulum, the reconstruction of the Toledo artifice etc. Also you can sit and watch interesting movies. Very interesting explanation of the operation of the astronomical clock that can be admired from the outside in the square.

Climbed all the stairs to the top on a Monday for on 5 euros! Wonderful view and can go all the way to the top! Nice viewing terrraces on the way up if you can't make it to the top.

The climb is quite tiring, although there are a few rooms in which to stop and recover. The last part is on a spiral staircase, with inputs contingent from a traffic light, to manage the flows of ascent and descent. Life from above is undoubtedly very beautiful, but the most amazing thing is the video that explains the operation of the astronomical clock, which leaves you speechless for its complexity and for the real time verification systems.

Breathtaking view. As a good Cremonese doc I climbed the Torrazzo even before the Vertical Museum was added. Now the climb is gentler and more pleasant.! Climb the Torrazzo, it is an experience to discover an important part of the city!

Beautiful yes the terrace that the baptistery but the only negative note is the prohibition of access to dogs even with the appropriate bag ..
