This was an informative and enjoyable ride along the south rim of Grand Canyon. Cody was a great guide and answered all of our questions and pointed out many things we haven't seen before. The Jeep is a nice way to take in all of the sights as we traveled.

Our driver was very informative. We stopped at many of the scenic spots. It was nice that neither of us had to drive and could just enjoy the ride. You do have to get in the same line to get into the park so probably a good idea to plan your time accordingly.

This was our first visit to the Grand Canyon and repeat customers with Viator's. Our tour guide was just ok (otherwise I would have given this a five star rating). He emphasized safety first. Made sure that everyone got on / off the pink Jeep safely and no one ever got too close to the edge while viewing the canyon or taking pictures. He mentioned many interesting pieces of information about the canyon, history, the climate / wildlife down in the canyon, the evolution of the canyon and the different layers throughout time. He also repeated himself several times during the tour. Spent a lot of time talking about the Grand Canyon village, the school (K-12), how there were only 12 Senior students, the rules for living and working there, the wildlife in the village and his friend who also lives in the village. The above topics were either not relevant to the Grand Canyon or were repeated throughout the tour. I’ve been on several Viator’s booking in the past (Salzburg, Rome, Florence, etc) and all the guides were very energetic, enthusiastic and engaging. Our guide did not portray any of those characteristics. When some of the guests started talking about the Grand Canyon, as he was speaking, he got a little “snippy” with them. He is very knowledgeable and seems to take a lot of pride in his job, and I sense he has a lot to share but like I said he just kept repeating some of the same topics. Its almost seemed like he ran out of things to say about the Grand Canyon. Our guide did not diminish the wonderful beauty and overall experience of the Grand Canyon. So glad we were able to see it. I find Viator’s s great service and definitely will use you again.
