This tour is tailored for intermediate or advanced bike riders. YOUR INABILITY TO RIDE A 26” 2-WHEELED BIKE DOES NOT WARRANT A REFUND. THIS IS A BIKE TOUR.

Youth 15 or older may participate on E-Bikes. Please call for children younger than 15.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

What To Expect

Our exciting adventure will begin at the Kilauea Lodge and Restaurant extension parking lot, where we'll provide a thorough safety briefing for our comfortable Fat Tire E-Bikes to ensure a fun and secure ride. As your hosts, we'll guide you through the Escape Route gates of Volcanoes National Park, exploring its attractions along paved roads within the park, with stops at each point of interest to share facts and stories. This offers a perfect opportunity for photos and enjoying the scenic forested paths filled with flowers and foliage, ideal for creating lasting memories. Please note that intermediate biking skills are recommended, and refunds are not issued for inability to ride our E-Bikes. Youth aged 15 and older are welcome to join us, but if you have younger participants, please contact us to discuss accommodation options, as our E-Bikes weigh 65 pounds.

Derek and Scott were AMAZING! This excursion was definitely a highlight for us on our 9 day trip to the big island! We learned and laughed so much along the way! Ebike was a perfect way to explore the volcano national park. Especially riding past all the car traffic. We will be back for sure and try a different ebike tour with them! Thank you so much!!

This experience exceeded our expectations. The area is breathtaking and Nicole knows so much about the area. Our group was our entire family so it made it even more fun. Scott was so patient with my nephew who took a bit to get started (and then had a fall). We wished we could have gone longer. Will definitely be booking this one again.

My husband and I had a great time! Good mix of biking and stopping to see the sights. Derek was our guide and he was fun and knowledgeable. This tour was a great way to see a lot of the park in an efficient amount of time.

This was a great way to visit the Hawaii Volcano National Park. We felt like we saw alot of the park that we would miss if we drove through the park. Nicole's explanation of the history of Hawaii's volcano, surrounding plants, nenes and the lava tube was excellent. We would do this again. Plus the e-bikes were easy and fun to ride. 3 hours flew by.
