Excellent ride in Volcano NP. Guides Bill and Nicole were helpful and knowledgeable about the history of The area, the park and nature there. The bikes were top notch equipment. Smooth and powerful. Expensive for quick 3 hour tour but glad we did it.

Nicole & Derek were excellent guides…They made us comfortable with our E/bike. I had only ridden a standard bike but my husband was familiar with both & we were comfortable. They kept us safe & informed us about the plants, animals & landscape. It was fun meeting other travelers in our group of 12. We would highly recommend this tour. Mahalo!

Great experience. The tour starts with a meet & greet, getting helmets & snacks, then a safety review & quick parking lot ride (about 1/2 hour total). Your bike has a travel sack to store your snacks, and has a bottle of water, safety goggles if you do not have/need sunglasses, & a shammy cloth. Loose pants or capris are recommended - remember you are in high elevation. The ride involves some walking which came as a surprise to us but it worked out fine. We saw amazing scenery, & Nicole was a very attentive guide. My husband had a hard time walking & she made sure to not start her conversation until he caught up. The small group is great, gives an opportunity for some one on one & to chat with the others more easily. Yes, this tour goes where you can go yourself, but not on a bike & not hearing the history Nicole provides. You will not regret this adventure - it is WORTH EVERY PENNY

Knowledgeable staff with good insights about the sites visited. Not enough time on trials with the bikes and too many stops. More exploring would have been nice. Overall a good excursion.

The fat tire e-bikes were a blast! We had time to practice and get used to the functions, easy ride up into the park. Our guides were excellent, knowledgeable and fun! We were fortunate enough to be at Kilauea when episode 41 started. The falling tephra was crazy! We did have a few unfortunate events, crazy traffic cogging the road and parking on the trail we planned to ride, a malfunctioning battery/bike computer and while waiting for the replacement the park closed and we had to evacuate the park. We were disappointed in the amount of time we were able to ride in the park. Still highly recommended!

Tyler and Nicole were fantastic guides. We had never ridden e bikes before and are retirees. I was nervous but no need to be! It was so fun and easy to learn. Highly recommend this adventure. My favorite on this island.
