  Easy pickup near our Riad. Good communication. Driver did two other pickups and then headed out to the balloon space a bit north of Palmeraie. We waited around a while in the dark and had tea and coffee and biscuits. It was COLD!. Then the balloons starting getting inflated. By a bit before sunrise we were ushered into the balloon basket. The balloon pilot explained what we should expect and then we were up and away. Very calm and smooth "take off". We had a beautiful morning and as we went up so did a ton of other balloons in the area. Really beautiful and serene experience. We had about 16 people in the basket (4 in each compartment) plus the pilot and a team staff member in the middle. Plenty of room. Lots of excitement in the group. It was beautiful. Stayed up about 45 - 60 minutes. Smooth landing. Then a simple breakfast which was fine...nothing special but fine (bread, hard boiled egg, honey, cheese, juice). Then a drive back. We were picked up at 6:20 and dropped back off around 10:45 due to a bit of traffic on the way back. Very enjoyable and very worth it. Really magical with all the other balloons in the air and the sunrise and the mountains.

  Breathtaking views, friendly service and efficient staff. For Muslims, therr is a prayer area at the base camp for Fajr/Subuh prayers as the pickup is at 6-6.30am. Very convenient as they picked us up and dropped us off at oir residence. The base camp is at Bourrous abt 40 min from Gueliz. A decent breakfast is served after our balloon ride and there is hot beverages and light snacks before take-off. Pilot was very skilled with a warm personality. Wonderful experience! You can opt to have a video and photo of your experience, too.

  Fantastic and would strongly recommend the experience. From pick up, flight, breakfast and drop off it was worth every penny. The whole team were excellent, communication was clear and everything went like clockwork. If you’re terrified of heights, don’t worry, nothing to fear. If you don’t think you can do it due to problems with flexibility, don’t worry, less abled people had no problems. The experience of floating through the air is truly magical and watching the sunrise is precious. The baskets take up to 24 people, there was 16 in ours, all ages, all abilities. Landing is gentle and the professional team made it feel safe. I would recommend this company 100%, good value as well.

  From start to finish, this was truly a magical morning. The team were incredibly professional, warm, and organised — we felt safe and well taken care of throughout. Watching the sunrise over the Marrakech desert from the balloon was one of the most breathtaking sights I’ve ever seen. The views were unreal… peaceful, beautiful, and absolutely unforgettable. Our pilot was fantastic — knowledgeable, reassuring, and so passionate about what he does. He made the entire experience feel effortless and special. After landing, we enjoyed a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast in the most serene setting. The food was fresh, authentic, and served with genuine hospitality. It was the perfect way to finish an already extraordinary experience. I cannot recommend this enough — a definite must-do in Marrakech.   Incredible experience! About 16 passengers per balloon, our pilot was very experienced and capable. Balloon rose to about 4,000 feet, with amazing views of sunrise over the Atlas Mountains. And there are literally dozens of other balloons in the sky at the same time -- making for fantastic views. You should know that you have to climb into the balloon, and that you have to crouch down when the balloon lands - not big-time physically strenuous, but something to be aware of. Decent breakfast offered after, but the balloon trip is the highlight. The location is about 30 minutes NW of Marrakech.

  Nice people and well organized. Also received a great video taken by a drone that is available for a small charge. The balloon ride takes approximately 45 minutes.
