  What a wonderful hot air balloon flight! I loved it so much, the sunrise was stunning , and so many beautiful balloons in front of you, just let you feel magical, the company has provided great service, picked up and dropped off hotel smoothly, highly recommended to purchase the photo and video package, it’s so worth it, very beautiful video, really happy to have chosen the nice company.   A fabulous experience from pick up to drop off. We were collected in a minibus near our RIAD on time. The bus was v clean,comfortable and the driver excellent he had fab taste in music too. The balloon ride was fantastic i was one of four who were excited to have a balloon flight, I was v anxious but I'm so glad I did it such a great experience from take off to landing. The breakfast was very nice. I was glad we bought the photo package too. Wrap up warm and enjoy!

  Wow, from start to finish this was outstanding. Dont be put off by the early start, it really is worth it. Everyone we met, from our driver, to the pilots and the camera man were just amazingly helpful, kind, funny and simply just lovely. The trip itself was out of this world, flying high above the desert at sunrise. If your concerned about safety, as I was, dont be. This is a really professional outfit. We hired the camera man which included drone footage and Im so glad we did. These professional photos and amazing,ing 360° video footage has meant we have a fantastic visual record as well as our memories. Breakfast was wholesome and delicious! Thank you to EVERYONE.   This was an amazing experience from start to finish we got a message the night before advising our pickup time. Our pickup in a lovely minibus was 1st class and we were taken to our camp everything was so clean and our guide was so helpful and informative it was really interesting to see the balloon being erected, and there must have been at least 10 helpers who held the balloon down whilst we all got ready and in, we had a gorgeous morning with a spectacular sunrise watching all the other balloons rise in the sky was so spectacular, we felt so safe and took loads of photos, we landed smoothly and safely and were driven back to the camp for breakfast, the food was fab and we really enjoyed it and the views, we got the photos and video package as we had travelled there for a friends surprise 50th Birthday, only €10 each, and had such fun making it! This was a truly magical experience which i would highly recommend as our guide and all the other helpers were just the absolute best!!

  Great balloon ride let down by wet seats inside the transfer taxi. They had washed the seats and not let them dry. Had wet trousers for the whole experience. When asked to fix they put a non waterproof blanket down which was insufficient. The other seats were also soaking wet. Disappointing element but the balloon ride was good and the breakfast was adequate.

  How to find the words! In the debriefing, (we were 8 on board), those who came back most often were "Magical" "Beautiful" "Fantastic" "Extraordinary" "Unforgettable". What an experience! Not to mention the little super nice: the drone photo/video service that lights up our flight in a new day, seen from outside the pod THANK YOU PALMSBALLOONING, YOU ARE GREAT

  Where do I even begin! From start to finish, everything was seamless. We were picked up from our hotel right on time, and upon arrival we were welcomed with coffee and tea. Watching the balloon being prepared and lit was magical, and before we knew it, we were floating up just in time to catch the sunrise. Although I’m not usually comfortable with heights, the pilot’s calm guidance and thorough safety explanations made me feel completely at ease. And then—the view! Absolutely breathtaking, the kind of beauty that words can hardly capture. It’s truly an experience not to be missed. A huge thank you to everyone involved for making this unforgettable.   Extraordinary experience for our first balloon flight in love. We were able to witness the sunrise. Taken care of at the top by Mousti, everything is settled like you paper music. On our return breakfast was waiting for us. A few hours later, through the photos and videos option, we received them and were able to consult them through a link. Really top I strongly advise.
