Have an unforgettable half-day of activities! You will discover the unique way of life of those living on Cambodia’s Tonle Sap Lake, which is recognized as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve – the largest lake in Southeast Asia.

Enjoy a short drive by open-air Jeep through the picturesque surroundings of Southeast Asia’s largest body of freshwater. Drive along the red dirt roads through some of Siem Reap’s most scenic countryside. This tour is a great way to explore Siem Reap beyond the temples and get a better sense of Cambodian life at the floating village while having tons of fun in a Jeep.

The evening concludes with a private boat cruise on the waterway whilst enjoying local delicacies and refreshments, the perfect way to peacefully take in the sunset view at Tonle Sap Lake.

Siem Reap

We’ll pick you up at your hotel in a jeep at 1:30 pm,and head South of Siem Reap through the picturesque Cambodian countryside.

Our guide was Bunsom and he was amazing. He is a funny guy with great jokes. He spoke great English and answered all of our questions. Well ran outing that helps you see the cambodia country side. Do note the jeep is hard to get in and out of, not for people with mobility issues. Our favorite part was sharing a beer with our guide after sunset. So relaxing.

We have done several tours over our week stay in Siem Reap, I feel this gave us our best exposure to more authentic life here. Great guide was so eager to teach us. Very funny as well. While the pictures for tour didn't match what we did, we had a great experience. Would happily do again.

This tour with Bunsom really felt like we were able to see a glimpse of life in Siem Reap, Cambodia getting outside of Pub Street and the bustling night market. We took in the rural scene, stopping at several family farms, and the boat ride into the floating villages we beautiful. Bunsom even helped us find local foods that we wanted to try after the tour. Recommended if you want to get outside the main part of the city!

Our guide, Taishan, took us to see farmers' crops, vegetables, and poultry farming, and even to see rice wine and fruit wine brewing workshops. The scenery of the fields was beautiful. Although it rained at the end of the trip, it felt great. It was worth the trip and I will come again next time.

We had an amazing time on our floating village tour with our guide, Ben. He was so knowledgeable and engaging, giving us great insights into Cambodian culture and daily life. The journey through the countryside by jeep was a fantastic way to see the local scenery, and exploring the floating village by boat was an unforgettable experience. Our drivers, Kry and Naga, were wonderful, friendly, professional, and made the trip smooth and comfortable from start to finish. This experience was a perfect balance of learning, adventure, and authentic connection to local life. Highly recommended!

Travelling around Cambodian countryside in a vintage 1962 jeep was a great experience. Our guide Nem Bunsom was extremely knowledgeable explaining the local farming practices with a good dose humour (did have us going with the baby crocodiles 🤣) The drivers had cold water and towels on hand which was very welcome given the heat and humidity. The floating village was an amazing experience. In the UK we are use to seeing house boats on canals but the village community including trading, food supplies as well as floating places of worship cemented the feeling of community, family and collaboration. Overall an excellent experience and thoroughly enjoyed by our party of four

Brunsom took us on a tour of some special spots in Siem Reap by jeep and by boat. We enjoyed our time with him and learned a lot about Cambodian life, culture, religion and history. He was incredibly accommodating, tailoring the tour to our interests. The jeep experience was unique and special. Definitely recommend!

This tour was everything and more! You really do get to see the ins and outs of Siem Reap in the span of a half day tour. Getting picked up from your hotel and drop off is included which is a bonus. Bunsom was a fantastic tour guide he is very comforting and makes it memorable by being informative and throwing some humour in there too. Riding through the country in the Jeep was a highlight as you get to see it all. The jeep has got a roof cover too so you are not burning in the sun. Bunson will happily take photos of you and your family/friends or solo so you can keep those memories forever. I knew this tour would be great seeing that it had 5 stars but it exceeded our expectations. Thank you Bunsom and driver!
