• HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

  We arrived early as mandated. We were told to go into the bar and someone would come get us for dinner. 7:30 reservation time and no one came...your site states 7:45 is take off. 7:45, nothing...it was well after 8 when we had to go outside and ask what was going on as they had started seating others. I asked why no one had come in for us...I was told they would have eventually. The placement was horrible. We were both on the end...not really next to each other. There were singles there, why have us a little spaced out? Food was not gourmet. First was the caesar salad...just a handful. I asked for pepper and was told they had none. Second was 3 tablespoons of cold soup. Third was cold pork chops for me and cold steak for my daughter...everything on the plate was cold. The kicker was the fourth, 1 scoop of icecream and crumbles of a cookie spread out amongst the group. Not only did I pay the fee but you added in a service fee, tax, a booking fee and your staff still asked for a tip. I paid $457.42. What a huge upcharge. Oh and I did not ask them to warm it up, I did not dare...when I was told there was no condiments because we were up in the air...our guy didn't know if they had grapefruit juice..they had no cranberry juice...why bother? There was no safety meeting. We were latched in and taken off. If there was anything mentioned it was before they came to get us. We asked where to go and were told inside, that is why we were not outside. But why would we stand outside for over an hour? No apology, explanation or anything was offered. Their tardiness put a damper on our later plans...we also had to go and find food. This was an insult and embarrassment. I emailed them...but no response.

  This was a lot of fun and I’m really glad that we booked this for our night in Puerto Rico. I had seen this online in another city and really wanted to do it, so I was excited when I saw this on Viator. The staff was great, so much fun. I’m giving this four stars instead of five because of the food temperature. The quality of the food was good and so was the taste, but the food was cold. I would recommend shifting the menu towards entrées that are better served at room temperature. I understand that the staff is just plating the meals, and there aren’t any ovens or burners up in the restaurant, but caterers do this sort of thing all the time. Not to focus on that too much though, because was I seriously expecting a five star meal at 160 feet in the air? The experience was super exciting, and super memorable. We are still talking about it weeks later! Especially if you are afraid of heights, I recommend this activity highly

  When I saw Fly Dining offered in San Juan, I jumped at the opportunity. It has been on my bucket list for a while. What a great experience and wonderful staff. The views were incredible and the atmosphere was super fun. Loved the music, the participation and the interactive entertainment. I’d definitely do it again.

  Arrived as I was instructed 1 hour before dinner and it was not fun just sitting doing nothing for an hour. We the get seated and we go up. The man next to me did nothing but complain and be rude to the staff demanding he be re-seated because he wanted a different view. The staff tried to work with him but he just continued to be rude. So now we have to go back down and have him re-seated along with his wife that didn't want to sit with him it took 15 minutes. So now back up we go and by the time we get back up we have missed the sunset (that we paid extra for). Not to mention the food was BAD. I could not eat any of it. $350. Plus dollars for a very bad experience and we just wanted a sunset dinner yo celebrate our 31st anniversary. When we asked.to a partial refund we got denied. No compensation for the ruined night. Other couples complained as well with no success. Never again.

  This was the perfect birthday highlight! All staff were AMAZING but we'd like to specifically shout out (and thank) Stefani, Steven, Alana and Andrea, as well as Nehemias (who was on double duty as our photographer)! The food was amazing! The menu has been completely revamped so don't rely on reviews saying otherwise! Get yourself to FlyDining for Dinner in the Sky! And pay for the photography package. You will not regret it!

  I’m afraid of heights, but I felt safe the whole time. It was raining, but we didn’t get wet, and it was still fun! The food was great!
