  We did 2 snorkel tours in Maui and I would recommend the other business over this. It definitely felt very impersonal and a bit like a cattle call and not that you were a “guest” for service. The ride out was incredibly choppy. Multiple people on the boat were ill following the ride out to Coral Gardens and back. I’m surprised that they even took us out given the snorkeling conditions. I thought the crew were friendly enough, but when I asked to use a raft with a viewing hole, they didn’t really follow through. I felt like there was just a general sense of “we are part of the crew and we’re friendly, but we’re not the most helpful” When you went to get food, they counted the number of servings you got. I understand you want to make sure you have enough servings, but I have never had this method on any other snorkel tours I have been on. Again, it just felt like you weren’t a guest. The bottom viewing is why I primarily booked this tour, but the kids got bored pretty quickly because there wasn’t a huge diversity of sea life where we parked. And of course, wildlife will do as they please, but given how large this company is, I’m surprised they took us to a spot that didn’t have any turtles. We spent an hour driving to the harbor for this tour and I wish we hadn’t even bothered taking it. Total waste of time and money.

  One of the best afternoon snorkel trips you can do . The glass bottom room and the food they served was worth the cost alone . i rented a camera for 45 dollars on the side and had a blast seeing octopus, fish and tons of coral.
