5.00This shuttle was a great service to have especially when trying to get to the lakes with a large group. It was able to accommodate our group of 8. William was our driver and he was very kind, informative, and punctual. I would highly recommend this service as an alternative to trying to get the public shuttles which are hard to get especially with a larger group.

5.00Edward was the best! You can tell he loves showing people how to make the most of their time in Banff. He pointed out interesting stops along the way, encouraged everyone to come with him past the crowds, took a ton of amazing photos for everyone, was super friendly and fun, and even gave us snacks! This was so much better than trying to drive to Moraine Lake or Lake Louise on our own, or taking a regular bus. He even did his best to find wildlife for us and gave us tips for where and when to see them. Highly recommend!
