The Quicksilver 2-Hour Sunset Dinner Cruise offers five main course meal options. Garlic rosemary roasted prime rib, Fresh Mahi-Mahi with lemon butter caper sauce, Penne pasta with fresh Thai basil marinara sauce (vegetarian option), BBQ roasted chicken thigh and leg combo, and kiawe smoked baby back ribs. 4.00We went out on the Calypso but did not go out very far due to the strong winds . We backed up into a cove and had dinner which was the prime rib. The food was good but we hoped the cruise was actually longer. We completely understood for our safety and overall experience it would not be a good idea . The Skipper kept us informed the whole time . The staff was excellent and so was the service . I recommend this cruise hopefully it's not on a windy day .
The cruise was enjoyable. The food was good as was the service. The communication was very misleading.

3.00We were directed on the ticket to meet at Boss Frogs dive shop at 4:30 pm. We were there at 4;20 pm. We sat there waiting for someone to meet us and take us to the boat. At 4:50 I received a call and asked if we were still taking the cruise. They told us where the boat was. When we got there the boat was full of people that must have received better directions.

5.00We done this our last evening in Maui and it was very nice. Relaxing and the food was good. Drinks were also really good. Everyone was so nice. I would recommend wearing a light jacket we just visited Maui in October and with it being windy and the sun going down it was kind of cool out on the ocean on a catamaran. We had a great time!

3.00The boat was fine. However the meeting place was slightly incorrect. Had to wait till they called us because where we were told to meet was wrong also the name if the boat was incorrect. The meeting point was on the boat not the scuba shop with they told us to be. Was there the half hour before Like was told but stayed there waiting. Which made us get a crappy seat on the boat. Meat was Fatty but tasty and there was piped in music that was hard to here . Overall just a dinner on a boat .I do believe it was viator fault for the miss communication on meeting place. CREW WAS VERY NICE.
