  Unfortunately I can't properly review this tour, as they never showed up :( I totally understand things can happen, but it would've been great to have some communication - even just an email if international numbers are an issue. Tripadvisor was great though in their quick response and getting a refund.

  Small bus with only a few passengers. Amazing scenery. All on time and knowledgeable driver. Beautiful day and worth the money.

  This was a nice short trip along a beautiful scenic route. The mist on the lake over the mountains was very picturesque. I also love the commentary about the Maori history

  The bus that took to Glenrorchy was very hot with air-conditioning not working. I made our family very exhausted. Why don't the operators check if the bus is in condition or not before onboarding paid customers?

  It was a beautiful drive from Queenstown to Glenorchy. This is a very easy trip that does not involve any exertion if one is unable to walk much. Views of the lake are incredible. Glenorchy is just a small town. Has some nice views if you walk to the wharf area. Other than that, unless you want to do the hike, finding lunch there is about it. We did enjoy the day.

  This was a very laid-back experience starting with a one hour ride to an audio, and our driver followed by a two hour walk on your own after our driver/guide drove us around to all the highlights. Great virws

  The driver was awesome and the guided commentary via headphones just perfect and informative. I learnt so much and enjoyed Glenorchy hospitality will definitely visit again soon!

  I recently took a bus tour to Glenorchy, and it was just amazing. The guide, Dave, was exceptional—his knowledge of the area’s history, wildlife, and natural wonders really brought the tour to life. His engaging storytelling made the journey even more enjoyable. The bus itself was incredibly comfortable, with plenty of space to relax and take in the breathtaking scenery along the way. As for Glenorchy itself, I had read some reviews prior the trip that claimed there wasn’t much to do, but I found the tour well-structured and the stops thoughtfully planned. We had just the right amount of time to explore the village, enjoy the stunning views, and take in some of the area’s key sights without feeling rushed. Highly recommended!

  Dave was awesome and very entertaining showing me the amazing views in our way to Glenorchy and the town itself. Totally recommended.
