5.00We had a wonderful time with Alpha, Abduly on this tour. Alpha was very knowledgeable and patient as he guided us to the Renaissance statue, market, fishing village and Goree Island. The sites were beautiful and overall it was a fun day of touring, shopping and trying Senegalese cuisine. The day ended with delicious Dibi (roasted meat). I'd definitely do this again

5.00Mika is absolutely wonderful. By far one of the most thoughtful and intentional guides I have ever explored with. He is extremely knowledgeable and is very thoughtful in how he tailors your experience and engages with you. He treats you like family, and it really shows. Mika speaks 5 languages and very patiently helps you to learn both Wolof and French in my case. I initially booked a day tour of Lac Rose and Goree Island with Mika which was really interesting and fun for me. I enjoyed it so much I reached back out to set up a longer tour of some of the Northern parts of the country and basically said "Mika whatever you recommend." He knocked it out of the park. We had a very interesting mix of experiences starting with Saint Louis, and followed by Djoudj bird sanctuary, Lompoul high desert, and a truly unique experience visiting the grand mosque at Touba.
