Our guide Habeba and driver picked us up from our hotel near the pyramid entrance gate. Once inside we had a walking tour with some history of the site. Habeba was very helpful in assisting with pictures and posed us in a way to capture the essence of the site. We were able to touch the Great pyramid which in itself is an experience. The grand museum is massive and due to its size, we had an abbreviated visit getting some of their high elements. If you are someone who desires to fully explore the museum and exhibits, I would recommend a separate standalone Grand museum tour. The tour package included a stop at a papyrus and essential oil site where we received a quick demonstration of how papyrus paper is made. The essential oil site explained the importance of perfume oils in Egypt. Both included sales pitch for purchase. We did the 9 am tour so it was not overly crowded and were able to capture some good pictures. I highly recommend sensible shoes as you will be walking over rocks, gravel, and dirt. We chose the traditional lunch of kushari at a small cafe. If you are someone who gets hot easily or sweats a lot, I recommend you bring a fan! Even with starting at 9 a.m., it was still extremely hot with the high heat index.

Super worth seeing - super guide - super handling. "It's your day - take the time you need" (for example, f. photo stops). Haitham also gave us great impulses for photo subjects! Overall, we can highly recommend the Tour + Guide!!
