The market is crowded and it was a bit difficult to find our meeting spot, based on the instructions. Another couple had the same issue. But the tour representative was responsive to our phone call and directed us to the correct place. Our tour guide (Sharon) was knowledgeable and friendly. We had about 14 tastings at a variety of vendors -- and by the end of our tour at 12:30 we were full! The tour is in a covered market with a number of outdoor eating areas. Unlike many neighborhood food tours, the number of steps were fewer, which was nice for my husband, who had recently hurt his knee.

Had a wonderful morning with Sandra and the other guests. We had tons of tastings-bread, cheese, meats, and PICKLES!!, etc-very pleased with how much food was provided. Highly recommend doing a food tour here bc it would be hard to taste so much on your own without ordering huge portions. Thanks Sandra for a great tour!

We enjoyed the whole tour. Lydia, our guide was wonderful. She was knowledgable, and she told us so many interesting things about the market. And, of course, all of the foods we tasted were delicious. It was one of the best food tours we have taken.

Loved this tour! She had a passion for food—as a former restaurant owner. The food stops were great. Little bites and walking around the market and stopping to eat and talk about the vendors. Lots of great knowledge about the vendors and the market that you wouldn’t get otherwise. The pairings are planned and the vendors know you are coming- so they huddle you to get your samples. Discounts offered at end if you want to buy things that you liked. The tea stop (owner even said hi), bread, pickles, cheese, meats, and Thai were my favorites and we had 12 stops. Boba Pearl stop was least favorite in our group. Same sample you would get if you walked into the market by yourself- two pearls. The guide does a great job introducing everyone and asking about your favorite food. Was timely and well thought through. End is coffee and donut- which was then lunch time- would have preferred that earlier and left savory and sweet for end of tour. Wished their had been ice cream!

Lydia was our tour guide and she was fantastic. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us great recommendations. I could not recommend this tour more. I am tend to do food tours in most of the places I travel and this was an excellent experience. This was my dad’s first experience and he loved it, a tour that is great for any age.
