The tour begins by picking up clients from hotels or Airbnb located in Downtown.

The tour includes a visit two famous distilleries: Buffalo Trace is the main distillery to visit, and the second will depend on availability.

It should be considered that the tour starts with a minimum of 6 people, we depend on the availability of the distilleries, the start time of the tour may vary, the client will receive the itinerary with all the tour information (tour, time, driver and vehicle assigned) Vehicles are assigned depending on availability.

The only thing we want is that you enjoy the tour and don't worry that we will coordinate everything for you.

We enjoyed the day. Good cross section of distilleries. Some confusion on pickup point and time but that was clearked up by our driver.

Our driver Vladimir was great! He was prompt, personable, knowledgeable, funny, energetic and gave us pop quizzes at the end of our tours. He made sure we were on time for our scheduled tours. Perfect 1st time Bourbon Trail experience. When making your reservation it is noted that food and snacks are not included so please make sure you have a good breakfast before you head out and bring something to snack on if none of your selected distilleries serve food. Tastings can go bad if there is NO food on your stomach. Because Vladimir kept us on schedule, there was a little time to get in a fast food run between distilleries, but this may not always be the case. So I definitely recommend snacks and/or a sandwich to nibble on. Vladimir, thanks for the La Bodeguita de Mima recommendation, we had the Ropa Vieja es Lata it was ALL that you said! And the presentation was unexpected! Another Bourbon tour with you and dinner at La Bodeguita de Mima is in my near future!

Buffalo Trace was interesting and informative. Peerless was more intimate and the tasting was fantastic.

Do on t book this tour without speaking directly to the tour company first! The tour company (The Bourbon Spirit) refused to provide a refund within an hour of booking despite not offering the tour I was promised. Viator had vague details in its description of the tour. As such, I contacted Viator to ensure that the times and distilleries I was seeking were available. They confirmed over the phone that the specific distilleries were available for my desired itinerary. After I confirmed, the tour company contacted me and shared options that didn't include the distilleries I was seeking or the times I needed for my group. Within one hour of booking, it became clear that the tour was not as advertised. At this point I asked for a refund and the tour company refused. I contacted Viator and they agreed that the information they shared with me was not accurate but refused to refund my tour.

Loved the whole experience! The driver was great and not having to get ourselves there and back was a huge benefit.
