1.00The travel operator cancelled 1 min before pickup. Stated that it was due to weather tornado alerts while it was bright and sunny. Later contacted us again stated that there was some confusion on the booking and was waiting at a different hotel even though they sent a confirmation of the itinerary. Ive purchased other excursions on viator. If there was ever a weather concern, usually the company calls and emails us 24 hours prior and follows up on the morning of the tour. A little disappointed especially and had to make last minute plans to visit other distilleries. Oh and with a party of 4 at $250 per person, i am still waiting for my refund.

5.00Our guide was an extremely friendly and adaptive whiskey enthusiast. Our itinerary was impacted due to floods and our tour guide created a new one for us which allowed us to visit multiple extra distilleries. The experience was one of a kind and was a highlight of our trip. 10/10 would book see you at the wedding
