Minnewater Lake
What does minnewater mean? This is the Dutch name for the lake, which is made up of two Dutch words: minne, which means both "common" and "love", and water, which means "water". Thus, the most correct translation would mean translating the word minne as "common", since these were the "common waters, community waters, everyone's water" since it was where the old port of Bruges was located, a site closely linked to the city and the daily life of its citizens.

5.00Excellent tour of a beautiful city. Enjoyed both the walking and boat tours. Definitely worth adding the beer tasting. We enjoyed 4 generous tastings ,in a beautiful venue overlooking the square, in the Beer museum.
Explain it is a walking tour not a bus tour

3.00This is a walking tour though at no time is this mentioned when advertised or when booking, it was a half hour walk to the meeting place to be informed it was a two hour walking tour, one of the party had two new hips and a knee, one had sciatica of the leg one had heart issues and the other had osteo arthritis, no refund offered

1.00They refuse to give a refund 18 hrs before the excursion. Due to travel changes by airline I was delayed 6 hrs
