Our guide was informative but talked fast. It was confusing from the title of the tour what was actually included. We thought we had beer tasting but I guess it wasn't paid for.

We had Maria as our guide and she was fabulous! High energy, knowledgeable, friendly...perfect qualities for a tour guide! Saw so much during this tour and got some great recommendations for places to go/eat afterwards. Meeting point was easy to find too - especially since we took the train in from Brussels for the day ;)

Tour quite interesting but was 2 hours nonstop walking. Tour guide Diane very nice but not real knowledgeable. Knew about specific stops but could not answer other questions about the city or history. She was a foreign student in Brussels. Would have much preferred someone native to Brugge. Boat tour was actually separate from tour itself. Was told by guide Diane all I needed was the Viator voucher QR code which I had previously taken a screenshot of. Instead it’s a separate booking number shown below the QR code which wasn’t on my screenshot. Had to find a public WiFi in order to download the full voucher info in order to take the boat tour (which was very interesting). Was a lot of hassle which could have been avoided if told in advance what was needed for the boat trip. Viator needs to remember not all foreign visitors have internet to look up info on the spot.
Highly recommend. Excellent way to see Bruges!

Excellent way to see Bruges, firstly on foot and then with a lovely 1 hour boat trip. Highly recommend and it’s amazing value! Both guides were excellent.
