Widi and Arta were the best guides and photographers ever, we go with our hearts full and a ton of pictures to remember the day. They are both incredibly kind with time, take all the precautions and are super knowledgeable of local culture and information which makes the tour even better. We are deeply grateful we were shown around by them. The waterfalls are absolutely stunning a great place for swimming, pictures and great memories. The place for lunch has a beautiful view. Widi and Arta were always attentive with water, towels, cold towels for the heat. A truly unforgettable experience.

These guys know what they are doing. From the office, drivers and escorting team this was well planned and professional. The additional taxi ride from coastal Canguu was reasonably priced if not fairly cheap by Western expectations. It took nearly an hour and a half. So in its self was a wee tour. The offices got the paperwork done and there are toilet facilities. All fine. We left, the four of us, in an open large golf buggy vehicle that allowed the breeze through and felt a part of the experience. A good 40 minutes to the first of the 3 falls in Ubed. Excellent driving. When I was handed a walking stick at the car park I felt a bit peeved. So no the big blag. I’m 66. I was at least two possibly three decades older than anyone else I saw at any of the falls. I have arthritis and will be having a hip replacement sometime hopefully soon!!! But I do golf. I walk cliff tops and beaches on the west coast of Scotland. I do Aquafit. But I wouldn’t have said I was super fit. I am overweight. The stick was needed. The steps down at all three sites were steep at times. I mean steep. At the first a set of at least 40 steps of about 30-40cm. And lots more. Lots more. With arthritis it is the down that can be worse!! But I am glad I had my salbutamol inhaler before I climbed up that first time. Two of the others went into the water and had some great photos taken by our guides. Barefoot I walked around the edge. A bit slippery. One of the girls had brought WATER SHOES. The black rubbery type. I wish I had known to if I had them. It was hard work going up. I go red in the heat and the exertion. I was crimson. The rails at crucial parts were for me essential. The next two were less basic with changing facilities, toilets and vendors along the way. We had plenty of water and the pace was good so all fine. The exhilarating experience comes with being in the cool water. Quite brilliant. At the second the waterfall was more of a fall and fairly wide so there were different falls I could sit under and experience the massaging effect. The guides took photos. The third fall was further to walk at the top and through a gorge at the bottom. More flowers. The fall narrower, perhaps 3m wide but high. So the pool was a lot deeper and for safety there was a valid warning not to go under the water fall itself. I changed back into clothes here and then walked back up. The towels were great. Large enough. They gave us water proof bags too that folded down for rucksacks. Again brilliant. The lunch was really good too. A decent menu and choice of basic drinks included but extras could be bought. Then the return journey. Over an hour on busy roads with motorbikes doing their weaving thing!! Exhilarating yes. Great exercise definitely.

What an incredible experience! I went solo, and my guide was absolutely fantastic, so knowledgeable, friendly, and full of great local tips. The whole trip was perfectly organized, and the waterfall itself was breathtaking. Couldn’t have asked for a better day. Highly recommend this travel office! Also the guide too AMAZING photos of me during the trip.

Fantastic trip!! The guys were really friendly and chatty, shared interesting info about Balinese culture as we drove out from Ubud and took us to 3 beautiful waterfall spots. We had time to swim and they took some great photos of us (without making that the sole focus!). Lunch was at a really nice spot overlooking another waterfall, which we'd have never found by ourselves. Definitely reccomend!

Wonderful waterfall sites, with easy entrance, and the guides were great!! They were so friendly, patient and supportive even my 70 year-old Mum did all the waterfalls and got her photos! Everything was well-organised. Loved the cold face towels and beautiful spot for lunch. Highly recommend Ubud Waterfall Tours!!

This was the best tour I've ever done. Great people, super friendly and helpful! The waterfalls were super nice and you had enough time at each spot to swim, take photos and enjoy. And the photos of the troupe are just incredibly beautiful. Thank you for this unforgettable evening with you!!!!
