  Book a tour for my partner and I. Tour didn't arrive, tried to contact them both through the website and via phone call and there was no answer. Doesn't help that the customer service is closed on a Sunday.

  My guide Annisa and driver Ali were very good. I didn’t know what to expect because all the tours I looked at used cars and were priced pp, but assumed two people. I was traveling alone. I’d never been to Jakarta before but now I understand the value of a private tour given the traffic and the opportunity to customize, to an extent. I appreciated seeing some of the main sites and learning more about Jakarta and Indonesia

  I was unable to go on this trip but the operator made every attempt to contact me. On my end I was not able to communicate with him and I felt terrible as he begged me to come to the tour!

  Rehan ( Ryan) as a tour guide was just fabulous. His sense of history, world knowledge and quest to learn more was endering. I would strongly recommend him. He is moonlighting as tour guide to fund his masters in aviation. Thus go with him before he treads a different path.

  Terrible- avoid! You're much better off booking a tour on the port harbour instead if this tourist trap
