Visit Tangkuban Parahu Volcano which is still active, that you can see the crater closely, smell sulfur and see a puff of smoke from the crater of Tangkuban Parahu Volcano. On the way to volcano, you will pass through a vast expanse of tea plantations and we will pass the local village with a vast expanse of rice fields around it. You can see the activities of farmers planting and plowing rice fields and even harvesting rice in the fields. Before returning to Jakarta, do not miss to relax and soaking in a hot spring whose water comes from the crater of Tangkuban Parahu Vulcano, after that try to explore Fruit Market and try fresh local fruit such as : the Mangostins & Honey Pineapples.

What To Expect

5.00The tour was very organized and our guide Rizky was on time for hotel pickup.It was a great experience to see a volcano up close however what made the whole trip more enjoyable was how everything was well organized and everyone in the group was well accommodated.I would like to thank Rizky once again for being such an amazing and genuinely caring person.He was able to fit right in with our group providing the country's history and tips and recommendations that were super helpful.Oh and he was super funny as well.I highly recommend this tour with Rizky as the guide.

5.00What an amazing day! 🌿 We explored beautiful tea plantations, got up close to an active volcano, and visited a coffee centre that cares for endangered lusaka with a strong focus on welfare and education. We also tasted so many delicious local fruits along the way. Huge thanks to Vincent, our fantastic guide, and Toto, our super driver, for making the trip fun, smooth, and unforgettable!

5.00This day trip is a real insider tip to leave Jakarta and experience nature and rural life during the various stops. Isabel is a great guide. She explained everything to us exactly and took excellent care of us. The provider Ekaputra Tour has everything planned well. Isabel's English and her skills are excellent. Our driver also did a great job! Since we were traveling during the rainy season, the small group tour consisted of only three participants. Our guide, Isabel, uses the outbound journey to explain the history and culture of Indonesia. At the individual stops (rice growing, tea plantations, fruit and fresh nanas, volcano, lunch, Luwak coffee, hot springs) she explained everything to us very precisely and gave us enough time. We can highly recommend this tour as an insider tip for a trip from Jakarta. And you are very lucky if Isabel spends this day with you.
Worth a visit cos there’s otherwise not much of such adventure with Jakarta city.

5.00Interesting and beautiful day trip out of Jakarta. It is a lot of driving, but you get to see “the hits” east of Jakarta, and it’s very convenient. The guide Mitchell was helpful, informative, and flexible.

5.00We had fantastic time! Our guide Mitchell was very friendly, knowledgeable and helped us have a wonderful time. The tour was a lot of fun, we really liked every stop but our favourite was the volcano. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to explore west Java! It is quite a long drive but we were very comfortable the whole time.

5.00This was an excellent trip. As well as visiting the volcano, we also visited rice paddies, coffee and tea plantations, and got to try a lot of different fresh fruit. The hot springs were fun too. Our guide, Rizky, was brilliant. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, this was a wonderful trip that gave us a taste of lots of different things. Very good value for money.
